I planned my morning around that confirmed time, but the appointment was not put on the schedule. When I reached out to confirm and clarify what happened, the provider acknowledged she forgot to book me, but then canceled my future appointments and said she was no longer comfortable doing advanced treatments on me. I understand mistakes happen, but I found the communication and handling of the situation unprofessional. I was simply trying to clarify an appointment time that had already been confirmed, and instead of the scheduling mistake being handled clearly, I was made to feel like I was the issue. Because of that experience, I would not feel comfortable continuing services here and would not feel comfortable recommending her.

The quality of the tattoo is amazing a literal copy and paste from the screen to my skin. I was nervous getting my first neck tattoo but Maurion had a light hand and was very quick and precise with his tattooing. The atmosphere inside was awesome l've truly never felt more welcomed. I met with some of the nicest people. They all talked with me and asked questions about previous tattoos and flash events. The music playing throughout the building was such a vibe I couldn't ask for a better tattoo experience and see myself coming back very soon. Prices are very affordable and they have events once a month I can't wait to come back
