I understand mistakes happen, but I found the communication and handling of the situation unprofessional. I was simply trying to clarify an appointment time that had already been confirmed, and instead of the scheduling mistake being handled clearly, I was made to feel like I was the issue. The quality of the tattoo is amazing a literal copy and paste from the screen to my skin. I was nervous getting my first neck tattoo but Maurion had a light hand and was very quick and precise with his tattooing. The atmosphere inside was awesome l've truly never felt more welcomed. I met with some of the nicest people. They all talked with me and asked questions about previous tattoos and flash events. The music playing throughout the building was such a vibe I couldn't ask for a better tattoo experience and see myself coming back very soon.
