I envy people who have perfectly symmetrical faces, but I do not. To make things worse, one of my eyebrows grew higher and was shorter in length than the other. I wanted to get my eyebrows done in a way that would help make them more symmetrical and I was able to achieve that here! She was so kind and soft-spoken. Plus she was very meticulous on helping to achieve the desired look you're going for. After the initial consultation I made an appt to go in and have them permanently tattooed and then a follow-up appointment weeks after they healed to have a touch up. She explained to me that during the healing process my eyebrows were going to look dark and huge, but that it would quickly shrink and lighten up. She also gave me a small kit with an ointment to apply to the area along with written instructions on how to care for them. She was right! My eyebrows looked crazy for a bit, but they healed up nicely. In the future when I need to have them touched up again I will be coming back here. It's easy to make an appointment through her website. Not all places have easy appt scheduling, so I appreciate the ones that do.

Then once I got there her office was cluttered, completely unprofessional and dirty. She was extremely unorganized. I should've listened to my gut and ran. But I stuck it out. Next thing I know she sticks a camera in my face and tells me she wants to record the before and after. She told me what to say on the video. I found that very odd and was extremely uncomfortable. I felt like she was covering her ass before she even did the procedure. She claims it's pain free. That was a lie, it really hurt. Then afterwards when I looked in the mirror I was very disappointed. One eyebrow is completely different then the other. One is higher than the other. She could tell I was not happy. She told me that we had to do the after recording of the video and show how happy I am with the results. I felt put on the spot. She told me what to say. I figured it would look better after it healed and maybe I was just looking at my face and criticizing my eyebrows too harshly. They healed and looked way off. When I went in for my second appointment I pointed out where it was off and that I was unhappy and she said she would do her best to make me happy. Unfortunately short of removing them and redoing them it wouldn't get any better. Again she told me what to say into the camera which made it feel very coerced. I was hoping after healing the second time they would look better. But here I am ashamed of how I look. I had the procedure done to help me have more confidence and more self esteem. I expected to look more beautiful and now I try to hide my brows with my hair. I'm uncomfortable being out in public. I feel so ashamed of them. It's had the opposite effect of what I desired. I contacted her and explained how I felt. She told me she would make me another appointment to come in and have her try again. When I expressed that I refuse to have her touch them again and that I wanted a refund she said she wouldn't give me one. I explained how much it has affected my self esteem and she just doesn't care. So now after spending hundreds of dollars to have her make me look ugly and much worse than when I started, now I need to spend hundreds more to have a painful removal procedure done and eventually have them reapplied by someone who knows what they're doing. I'm disgusted with her. She won't even stand behind her own work. If I can save one person from going through what I have then it's worth putting my experience out there. Please do not use her!!!

When I said I was interested in getting my first tattoo, she looked annoyed but said she'd stay and tattoo me. I showed her my design and she took me back to her table. The music was VERY loud and it smelled of smoke throughout. My questions were answered but overall I was uncomfortable and never really got over my nervousness. After the tattoo was finished, I walked out the door. No wrapping was done or cleaning instructions. My tattoo ended up healing properly and I did my own research on how to care for it. I know I should have asked more questions about the after care process, but it should be the responsibility of the artist, right? I chose this shop because my husband had gotten a tattoo a few months earlier and had a good experience. But not all artists are created equal!
