She explained everything she was going to do, showed me different options for eyelashes, showed me the eyelashes she'd be using, the whole nine yards. She made me feel very comfortable and her salon has a very warm welcome feeling! I was advised as I was leaving that if I contacted her within 48 hours for any gapping or loss of lashes that she would perform a fill at no charge. My lashes were NOT hybrid. Idk what you would call them, but they were super thick like volume lashes and not what I asked for whatsoever. Despite this I still paid for my service and tipped as well. On 2/7 I contacted her to let her know that I had quite a bit of shedding despite following the usual aftercare instructions after lash extensions are applied. I kid you not, the first thing my bf said to me when I woke up on 2/6 was, "Umm... quite a few hairs on your pillow". Initially since wasn't going to complain because my eyelashes were too thick anyway. Come Sunday it was simply impossible to ignore. Even my hairdresser (yes I had a Sunday appointment due to inclement weather earlier in the week) was like, "Why do your lashes look like that?". As you can see from the screenshots below, I had to pester Jasmine to even respond. I had to comment under her photo and tag two friends in order for her to respond for rescheduling. On the day of she had text me about the roads being bad and I responded to her text and inboxed her. She read my last message but failed to follow up. I've essentially wasted a $100+ dollars for super thick eyelashes that were halfway gone within a matter of days. Due to her being highly unprofessional I would NOT recommend this person based off her customer service and the abysmal service rendered.

As…read moresoon as I got there for my APPOINTMENT, the first and only worker there was already doing someone else's brows, I showed her my appointment card and everything which I guess because of their new system, it didn't add my appointment to their system she apologized and had me wait. So I had to waited about 15 minutes to be attended. As I was getting attended on, she was working simultaneously on the other woman there, which I don't blame her because she should have had some help. But she did rush my brows and didn't clean up my eyebrows all the way just shaved some from the top, and gave me the razor to finish at home, and she waited to long to take off the dye which came out extremely dark... I don't use razors on my face because it makes the hair grow out straighter and it's hard to wax down the line she didn't ask if I preferred wax or razor or anything. my brows are two different shapes and not even. she barley mapped them out so one is thinner and more curved than the other. And all for 50$ and a 30min drive from me. which was not worth it at all maybe their other services are good but not the tint, lamination, and stain. Which I didn't even get my brows laminated like I had asked.

There are those that are true lash artists and those that jump on the bandwagon trying to make a quick buck on the trend...the latter is Rhonda. First thing-shes a smoker. So no matter how much she washes her hands...for your whole 2 hour appt her smelly, smokey fingers are going to be fully in your face/rested on your nose. Its beyond disgusting. I got my 1st set ever right before vacation. I had no idea what to expect-fully trusted her judgement. The whole appt she mentions how I need to clean my lashes for help them last. Ok no problem. At the end of the appt she realizes she is out of the lash cleanser (which she charges $40 for btw when it only costs her $17.. going back to shes just jumping on the bandwagon to make a quick buck.) I ask "what can I use as a substitute?" She said baby shampoo would work or not to clean them at all. Quote. She told me...not to clean my lashes at all... for 2.5 weeks until my next appt. I've heard of the term "lash nap"..never with Rhonda. I was so tense and on edge the entire appt. She does not tape your eye down correctly so you'll have tape poking your eye the whole appt(this was true every appt I had with her not a one time thing) so that's uncomfortable...she also is NOT gentle. At all. She has seriously ripped some of my lashes out-especially on my fills. When she cant get an extension off she mutters curse words and just rips. Every appt has been painful a good 10x per appt. She cusses a lot. She drops her equipment on the ground a lot.and then cusses because something got bent. She goes to the bathroom a lot(that one I totally get as I go frequently as well. But seriously if you cant hold it 90 min that's an issue) During my appts she has both stopped to text multiple times and answer phone calls. Her kid apparently had issues with the garage code?? Ok...doesn't mean you interrupt a delicate service your client is paying for to answer the phone 3 times. The TRUE unbiased review...I started going to Kim T from Rhonda. Rhonda had given me "mega volume" at least that's what I was charged for. I get to Kim for a fill 2 weeks later and she had to remove 80% of my lashes. And she said and I quote "I can't believe Rhonda right now..." apparently the diameter she used was wayyyy too thick for mega volume and she used wayyyy too much glue. Her fans were also only 3-5 when mega volume is 10-20 fans per she only removed 1 lash that was painful vs the dozen Rhonda wouldve removed that wouldve hurt. I do not reccomend in any capacity. Now I understand why she runs groupon/vagaro specials.she cant keep a regular lash clientele. RUN the other way and save your lash health

She was up front with me letting me know that eyebrow tinting is not like permanent eyebrow tattoing and that tinting lasts only a week or two, depending on my skin texture. She also asked me every step of the way if I was okay. That showed me that she really cared about me. My tintedeyebrows looked great.
