No hand lotion massage, the gel is too raised and uneven and not all the way to my cuticle. It tips of my nails weren't painted and there's bubbles in my nails. I called them when I got home and they had me come back, but all she did was put alittle paint on them and top coat. No manager approached me or asked if I was satisfied. I went in to take off my acrylic nails and usually they soak them off but today not just one but…read moretwo different employees ripped my acrylics off with a nail tip when I asked why she (Cindy I believe, she had curly brown hair) were doing it that way they said soak offs take too long and that my nails were too thick for it they continued to rip the rest of my nails off despite my flinching and shaking hands. She made me bleed on two different fingers and managed to cut my nail so short it only hung on by the skin. I've been here before and had proper nail removal so I don't understand why she could not do it and had to be so rude through the whole process.
