As…read moresoon as I got there for my APPOINTMENT, the first and only worker there was already doing someone else's brows, I showed her my appointment card and everything which I guess because of their new system, it didn't add my appointment to their system she apologized and had me wait. So I had to waited about 15 minutes to be attended. As I was getting attended on, she was working simultaneously on the other woman there, which I don't blame her because she should have had some help. But she did rush my brows and didn't clean up my eyebrows all the way just shaved some from the top, and gave me the razor to finish at home, and she waited to long to take off the dye which came out extremely dark... I don't use razors on my face because it makes the hair grow out straighter and it's hard to wax down the line she didn't ask if I preferred wax or razor or anything. my brows are two different shapes and not even. she barley mapped them out so one is thinner and more curved than the other. And all for 50$ and a 30min drive from me. which was not worth it at all maybe their other services are good but not the tint, lamination, and stain. Which I didn't even get my brows laminated like I had asked.

I spoke with an artist there about doing some work, we communicated outside of the shop, and then, nothing. I don't appreciate being left high and dry. But I've followed my favorite artist to his new place and I'm extremely happy. Illustrated Man is old is every single way possible. There is dust caked on that's probably as old as the shop. It's just nasty. Who wants to get ink done at a place that isn't kept up any better than that? Not me.

It took me many, many years to find a permanent makeup artist that I liked and trusted. I found…read morethis place on Instagram and went in for a free consultation to have my eyebrows done. I envy people who have perfectly symmetrical faces, but I do not. To make things worse, one of my eyebrows grew higher and was shorter in length than the other. I wanted to get my eyebrows done in a way that would help make them more symmetrical and I was able to achieve that here! She was so kind and soft-spoken. Plus she was very meticulous on helping to achieve the desired look you're going for. After the initial consultation I made an appt to go in and have them permanently tattooed and then a follow-up appointment weeks after they healed to have a touch up. She explained to me that during the healing process my eyebrows were going to look dark and huge, but that it would quickly shrink and lighten up. She also gave me a small kit with an ointment to apply to the area along with written instructions on how to care for them. She was right! My eyebrows looked crazy for a bit, but they healed up nicely. In the future when I need to have them touched up again I will be coming back here. It's easy to make an appointment through her website. Not all places have easy appt scheduling, so I appreciate the ones that do.
