I have been a true customer as I usually go here to purchase all my shoes. Recently that has changed. Thanks to the employee named I believed was named Laurie. Then, without any cause or reason, she had the audacity to look in my bag because she thought I was stealing??? I was doing nothing wrong, or even thinking about it. I was just shopping like everyone else. Her actions were not only completely UNPROFESSIONAL, but also clearly racist. Shame on Famous Footwear for employing someone like this, I can say that the rest of the employees were actually nice. Other than that, I won't be back, unless they can hire someone else more friendly.
