Been coming here everyday for breakfast and also had lunch here too. If your looking for good home cooking this is the place!!!! Best hash brown I have ever had!!! And I'm saying even better than the ones I cook at home. Have to get it with all the fixings, which is the cowboy skillet!!! They have hot hot hot coffee and it is so good!! They also have a little pastry pantry which is filled some good homemade goodies. It is just a nice little restaurant that makes you feel warm inside like your at home and moms cooking!!! I did have the burger chilled and reheated and it was still flavorful. Apparently this place has been around since the sixties and has been treating locals to a proper local beef burger and soft serve ever since! They also have a lot more than that to offer, as the menu is as tall as the building it's glued to. I saw Mac 'n cheese bites as an option. Imagine what the first Dairy Queen or Sonic was probably like before mass production and freezing everything for distribution. The vanilla soft serve is SO good (the chocolate has a faint powder taste to it). The cold front option is just like a blizzard, with as many add-ins as you wish and nestle cookie dough straight from the tub. It's hard to have a burger in Scobey that isn't delicious because the meat is raised down the same road, but it's awesome to know they take the time to share it with the rest of us! Just be aware they usually close by 8 pm and will close on a Saturday so they can also enjoy the fair festivities. If you find yourself flying across the Great Plains of Montana and want a fresh burger and or a sweet stop, you'll be happy when you drive up and see the open sign is still facing out.

Oh, service is notably extra friendly here. I know that concrete custard has been around a while, but I had my first experience with it at Culver's. I ordered the vanilla concrete custard mixer. They have a couple dozen toppings you can add to your mixer, though I just got mine with cookie dough bits. I loved it! Yay to concrete custard! I ordered the Butter Burger Cheese. It was okay, but I didn't like that they used iceberg lettuce and the cheese on the burger wasn't melted. The fish sandwich was probably the best thing we ordered, even if the fish portion wasn't the biggest. The onion rings were soggy and limp. Also the beer-batter flavor was a flop making the onion rings sour. The crinkle-cut fries really weren't much better. They had a sort of a nasty crispy texture. I'd stick to the frozen custard at Culver's.

Ketchup and/or ranch was offered. I would highly recommend the grill. The pizza smelled great too. Will return before leaving Sidney. Outside is inconspicuous but don't judge a book by its cover.
