This McDonald's in Sidney is usually pretty good. However recently idk what's been going on. Everytime I order fries they are soggy n soft. no warm slight crunch like they used to. I ordered a spicy deluxe Mc crispy with extra spicy sauce. I got no tomatoes, barely any lettuce, barely any sauce for the sandwich, definitely not extra which I ordered. Looks like two dabs of sauce and 13 lettuce strands. Same thing with the hot honey, no extra sauce, barely any lettuce. I used to come here all the time whenever I passed through quick but it's getting worse every time I go back through. The food was good but the service not the other hand was not good the lady taking the drive thru order was extremely rude and belligerent.

The attitude from the dude person who took my payment was astounding... not hard to just be polite....

Started our order at the drive-thru and the employee was chatting with us but never confirmed the order...waited several minutes trying to get them to hear us but no reply. Drove to first window, no one there. Got order taken at 2nd window but they charged us for the wrong order. Then had to go inside to get refund and reorder food. Waited over another 20 minutes watching others get their food. Went back inside and was told we were waiting on eggs!!! Are you telling me every other order at Mc Donald's breakfast did NOT have an egg? Only our order? Out of dozens of customers ordering bfast?!? We were the ONLY ones ordering an egg McMuffin?!? Horrible service, arrived in drive through and couldnt hear the lady so I pulled up to the first window-no one- pull up to the second window and the last looks at me all confused I proceeded to explain that I kept saying "hello" and never got a response. She tells me she can take my order at the window, I let her know we want two meals of the Spicy Egg McMuffin one with iced coffee and one HOT latte. I proceed to pay and she asks me to pull over to the front and park at number 6. While checking the receipt I realize I was charged for the wrong order....walk inside no one at the front desk but the other lady kept feeling to need to look over at me and explain "im sorry I cant help you since im on break".....stood there 10 minutes before she other lady finally came up and explains she would refund so I PAID AGAIN for my correct order. She advised me she will be it out shortly about 10 min later out she comes with our drinks and one was wrong.....during all this time nearly 10 other cars came through and she kept walking their orders out while we are still sitting in the car. Nearly an hour goes by when I finally walk in asking about our order and she proceeds to explain that they were waiting for Eggs......EGGS?!?!?!?! I start asking her why she wouldnt sat anything and how all of these other 10 customers got their orders and none of them had eggs....the guy behind us literally had TWO EGG MCMUFFINS!!! You know how I know? I paid for that order the first time around!!! She goes back speaking in spanish asking about our order not knowing I could understand her saying "they are complaining about the order is it ready"...... All she could say was we were waiting on eggs...I guess for us specifically we had to wait for the hen to lay the eggs....unacceptable customer service and horrible communication....I will be coming to this area every 6 months moving forward and I WILL NOT ever come back to this McDonalds! read more

Always fast, friendly, and consistent. The food hits the spot every time, especially the fries and McNuggets! The staff at this location are courteous and keep things moving even when it's busy. while enjoying a delicious meal from pizza hut, we decided to stop in and give our business to mcdonald's to get a drink. we later found out after drinking one of the slushees there was a bug buried deep into the slushee. the store floor was gross, the ice cream machine was "broken" and they didn't even have a simple product like lemonade. They were kind enough to open the lobby, that's why they get an extra star. Give that man a raise. Very disgusted and highly dissatisfied. read more

May 28, 2012 Monday - breakfast 8:00 AM 2 adult Atmosphere - 4 stars Food - 4 stars Service - 4 stars Background - The road trip begins and Sydney is a good stopping point. Atmosphere - We went through the drive thru but there obstacles between the ordering station to the window. The back of the restaurant had 25 to 50 boxes plus many trays of bread. Two tall stacks of the buns were in the actual lane of the drive thru. With a man camp less than 100 yards away I bet that supply will be gone by the end of the day. Food Appetizer - nope Main Course - We had to try the new Cherry Berry Chiller. Very good, as my fiancé said the only thing it is missing is the tequila. The Sausage Egg McMuffin was alright nothing to special. But the other breakfast sandwich was missing it's cheese. Dessert - none for me. Service - They have a board to show you the accuracy of the order but they did not use it and got the order wrong. Future - Perhaps but do not know when I will be in Sydney again. read more

We didn't even bother to ask for fresh food die to the fact that the manager on duty was so unprofessional and unsanitary. This Mcdonalds is one of the most subpar fast food restaurants I have ever been to. (I've been to a lot) the food is always cold and last time I had the food at this location my bacon quarter pounder came WITHOUT bacon! How absurd! Every time but once that I have ordered in the drive through I've had to sit in a pick up line. The food has not been exceptional. I've had missing food. When I got my egg mcmuffin there were egg shells in it , no cheese and the muffin was greasy. I called once I got to my office and was told because I had taken a bite out of it I can not return it or get my money back. So I wasted my time and my money. I will not make that mistake again. read more

I called the Arches Customer Care Line, the Associate even said it's a 24 hour drive thru.. but at 11pm they close.. other than that, it's just another McDonald's... Window worker was very rude and sarcastic and acted like a total asshole when I went through the drive through and said they didn't have an item on the menu that I get every time I go here. When I told him that I usually get this item here and at another town he responded "well we aren't 'said town'" in a very rude tone. All McDonald's have the same food. My friend was in the drive-thru at this McDonald's this morning, ordering breakfast. We had been on speaker phone through his Bluetooth, so I was still on the line as he pulled up to the window. He paid and the female drive-thru employee began handing him his food. He orders here at least 3 times a week, so the staff knows his order--Medium Frappe with no whipped cream and extra chocolate drizzle. Well today the employee didn't add any extra chocolate, so he mentioned it to her. She decided to spend the next 4 minutes arguing about how to make the drink. The point wasn't how it is to be made, the point is the customer is asking for a deviation, which he would be willing to pay for, although he has never been charged for it before. Four minutes pass and now the employee brings up the fact that her co-worker, whom she refers to as the Mexican girl, might make them differently, but that she will not be doing that and get fired. My friend, who goes to this location so often, knows the employee she is referring to, and mentioned that he thinks she may be from El Salvador (Salvadorian). Now get ready for the racial profiling as the employee says "they're all the same." My friend, who is Mexican and I, who am caucasian, both mouth-dropped as we can't believe what has just happened. Food poisoning!!! Bought a breakfast sandwich and have never been that sick before.

I went through mc d's drive thru today & ordered a "value meal". While leaving I opened the bag & saw they had forgotten to put my order of fries n the bag. Ok no problem mistakes happen...I parked & went inside, waited in line & when the counter person waited on me I explained that the person at the drive up had forgotten to put my fries in the bag & asked them to fix this. The lady working @ the drive up window heard me talking to the counter person & rushed to the counter shouting " its not my fault you ordered a value meal you never said you wanted fries!" Seriously, if the employee had ever looked @ the menu she wd know a value meal is a burger fries & drink. Also, when is it ok for a restaurant worker to argue with & shout @ customers?? Only in Sidney Mt is this acceptable behavior. Wow. Im still amazed at this....next time I crave mcdonalds I will drive to williston n.d where people know how to conduct themselves!!!! I would give zero star rating if I could. Very disappointed with Mcdonalds in Sidney! The menu is only about half of what every other Mcdonalds menu offers!!! I have never had my order come out right, something is always missing! My main complaint........ We have tried several times, within a week, for the past 9 months or longer, to get shakes or ice cream. Every time we go there, their ice cream machine is being cleaned!!!! That machine has got to be the cleanest ice cream machine around!!! My opinion is the staff is just plain out lazy and they dont want to mess with serving ice cream and making shakes!!! If they are not going to have the product available then they need to remove shakes and mcflurries from their menu!! And whatever happened to the dollar menu? Any other Mcdonalds ive been too offers a dollar menu...... They have never even heard of a spicy chicken here!!!! And every mcdonalds ive been to other than Sidney, has hot mustard! We are very disappointed with Mcdonalds in Sidney Montana. This is definitely the worst Mcdonalds I have ever been to!!!!
