Drive thru-unbelievable slow. Ridiculously slow. I could have driven across town to another location in the time it took.

Came here early just after they opened. Both young people working were great. They fixed my coffee extra hot and smiled and joked the whole time I was there. They had the place getting organized and made coffee also. The inside of the area was good. Glad to see young people who like their job in an oilfield town. Will go back by when working in the area. read more

I never really wrote reviews but I feel this is deserved........ this Starbucks is the nastiest one I've ever been to!!! Not only that half the time they are out of Oatmilk, Coconut Milk and Almond milk. NOW they are attached to an Albertsons!!!!!! Before anyone says "it doesn't work like that they can't just go get from the shelves" YES actually they can. How do I know?! I've worked in a Starbucks that's attached to Target. The stores I've worked in Corporate or the ones inside target it doesn't matter there are cleaning standards. This store would fail!! The high schoolers that run it look to pissed off to even be bothered with taking your order. I really hope when the corporate store opens in town I can start ordering from Starbucks again..... I pray they aren't as nasty!!!! read more

This is by far the most horrible customer service I have seen at a Starbucks, I ordered a venti matcha latte and right in front of me the barista turned to her co-worker and said "Ew, can you imagine a warm green drink?!" I was floored by her audacity to say that about a customer's drink as they were starting to make it. I won't be returning! there are other coffee shops in Williston! I might add that the latte was horrible! read more

Everytime I have come here since they have opened they have screwed up my order. The girls who work here have been rude to customers that were in front of me and after those customers left the continued to talk bad about them. I am from California and I have never been to a Starbucks where the employees were allowed to act this way. If corporate knew about how bad this Starbucks was they would definitely shut it down. I will say, this Starbucks is kind of a hot mess lol Everyone who works here has always been polite to me, so luckily I haven't had the experience that others have shared. However, I definitely don't go if I need to be in & out in any sort of a timely manner. They're often out of things (certain sized cups or lids, pastries/food, iced coffee, cold brew, etc) and I'm pretty sure every time I've gotten food, they've forgotten to make it, thus making the wait even longer. I'm glad to have a Starbucks, but it does need some work. read more

Should drug test employees before hire and randoms like most places. Unhappy with entire transaction and drink. Cashier didn't ring up my little mug, so unless I wanted to swipe my card again, not getting it. She seemed stoned. Won't be coming back here. read more
