After reading through all of the reviews about this location. I have to say that I didnt have any of the same issues. I came here during a remodel with an order for 11 people. I got to the window and told the guy to brace himself, because it was a lot. He replied "ah man, youre gonna do it to me today?" I said yeah, prepare yourself, to which he said alright bring it on.... it was a bit more playful than annoying. I ordered 11 different combos for my coworkers, my order was correct and he gave me a handful of coupons for future use. 0 issues here. read more

well not thing good to say about this location and it's staff..... well sitting in line at drive through for 15-20 minute, you could plainly see 2 people sitting in a ford bronco smoking weed. ever hit they took they coughed so loud it echoed off the building, after watching this for about 10 minutes 2 Hardee's employees got out of the bronco and walk in front of my truck the one girl had white leggings on and had clearly coughed so hard she pissed her self. thinking that's disgusting to my self... oh it gets better finally pulled up to the window and guess who was surviving the food to the customers the same girl with the white leggings and a huge piss stain on her butt running down the back of her legs, I did not wait for my food. Placed my order in the app, got to the store (around 12:30pm-lunchtime) and the store was closed for inside dining. So I pulled around to the longest drive through lane in the world (there are 2 lanes but 1 was blocked off and closed)--once I finally got to the box, it's all a digital/computer person talking. Needless to say, I got my order 20 minutes after I was scheduled to pick it up, the food was cold and tasted like any other fast food. Nothing special and you certainly don't get what you pay for. I paid close to $30 for 2 adult meals and a kids meal, and that was WITH a $5 discount. Won't be going again. read more

Waited 20 minutes for my 3 item order and decided to say screw it, walked up and told the guy to just refund my order. I was visibly annoyed but I was NOT rude nor did I cop an attitude. Young punk of a kid turns to his manager Carly and tells her " hey Carly, can you handle this, I like to fight" trying to make me look bad and insinuating I was being rude to him then walked straight away and hid in the back of the store. Carly had my order in her hand so I just took the order and left. Naturally, order something in my order was also wrong like ALWAYS‍ Carl's Junior/Hardee's need to finally give up on this location. Been sitting here waiting on our breakfast order for 23 minutes. Still no one. Will NEVER be back again.

I started this review as I was sitting in one of the longest drive through waits of my life. The order was taken by an AI,which should mean that they have more people to prepare food. Apparently not the case. We got to the window at about 17 minutes. The person at the window was nice. We waited at the window for About another 5 minutes. I can't understand what this business is doing. We did not see many cars parked and we saw others drive away from the line, giving up. The food was good, BUT they shorted our order by 2 items. 0!!!! My husband and I went here twice and both times it was absolutely disgusting. They gave us the wrong size on our sides, and didn't fill up our sodas. This last time that we went the lettuce on our burgers were old and gross. Had black stuff on it. The customer service is not very nice they don't talk to you at all. Last time I went when I received my card back it was covered in sauce and grime, he also walked to the back of the store. When this last time I went they didn't and it was only a day after. Rude drive thru service. Lady acted as if she didn't care and it was burdensome to even take an order.

Barf. That's exactly what will happen if you eat here. Food was cold, service was awful and tables were filthy. We were so excited when this location opened so we could enjoy some fast food when we came into town. Unfortunately your best option is to get one of those nuked sandwiches from the convenience store. At least your chances of contracting food borne illness is slightly less. read more

I don't even know where to begin with this place, talk about a horrible experience! When we got there an employee came out of the bathroom wiped her hands on her shirt, clocked in and took our order. Didn't even wash them even if she did wash them In the bathroom you wash them again outside of the bathroom. 2 people were eating we were the only ones waiting. There were like maybe 5 clean tables in the whole place, absolutely filthy even in the bathrooms. We ordered at 4:03 received our order at 4:23 and the food was warm at best no where close to fresh and my kids had ordered curly fries and received regular fries. We had people Who walked in 7-10 minutes after us and got their food before us. If I'm going to wait 20 minutes it better be fresh and correct. Then we watched the manager come out of the bathroom and he went straight to bagging food and not washing his hands absolutely disgusting! After we fed the kids I decided I needs to say something to this manager about this service. He rolled his eyes right out the gate and said he had other customers to serve and it was a bad transition. (Clearly we noticed) I said okay and I told him the dining room is a disaster and he said well it wasn't my shift more or less. I told him I'd call Corp and he said go right Ahead he didn't care. He was the least helpful manager I think I have ever spoken to in my entire life. I don't live in Watford, but if I ever end up in watford again that will be my absolute last place I'll eat. I did however contact Corp and the local district managers are suppose to be in contact soon, I'll update the results when I hear from them. I just hope my complaint makes it better for the people of watford. Update: I never received any call back from the restaurant or from the district managers. Stay away from this place. Impressed!! The customer service rendered today (by Winter) was outstanding. Winter was very knowledgeable of the food and product offered and went above and beyond to explain my options. I rarely eat fast food but opted for it today. Besides the great service my meal was very quite tasty. I appreciate the options to change a hamburger bun with the sourdough bread and I added and received lettuce and tomato on the sandwich I ordered. The new blueberry lemon cream cheese pie was delicious. I could have easily eaten more than one. There is a hint of lemon mixed I. With the blueberry pie filling and then the cream cheese puts it over the top. The ladies at my local Hardee's ROCK! Thank you Winter and crew! read more

My boyfriend worked here. And the staff are complete ass. They don't ask anyone else every detail about when they call in. They ask my boyfriend for a doctors note and ask him a bunch of questions about his family emergency but don't do that to anyone else. Mind you he's under 18 and lives about 45 minutes away and they call him to work constantly when they have people that live in town that "caught a cold". But when he gets stomach flu he has to be throwing up and have a doctors note. read more

The night crew is awesome. But my experience just a few moments ago was horrible. Placed my order, was asked to pull up into another spot, waited 15mins, went to get a refund at that time saw the same employee that took the order walk out to smoke, asked her what was taking so long and her response was "there is no need for attitude"...Kayla you need to learn customer service, you're a horrible person to be working with the public. read more

This place has progressively gone down hill since they opened last fall. The last visit was awful. They got 3 out of 4 of our orders completely wrong. The food that was given to us looked like it has been sitting out under a heat lamp for at least a day. Chicken strips looks super overcooked and dehydrated - no way was I feeding that to my 2 year old!. I drove all the way home only to realize all these issues and had to turn around and go back to return it. I just asked for a refund and went elsewhere. Hardee's overall has good food. This Hardee's is one of three fast food chain options in this small town and it fails compared to the others. Clean and friendly staff. Fast delivery of food in dine-in area. Food is never hot. I won't even say luke-warm. Chicken strips are always over-cooked. The cheese is never melted on burgers. Again consistently. Fries are sometimes good and hot. I had a hot ham and cheese the other day that just had five flat slices of Canadian bacon and cheese on it. Was not Hardee's normal thin sliced ham and no attempt to spread it out or arrange it like normal just flat slices stacked. And no mention to me that they were out of normal ham. For the price that was embarrassing for them I feel. I don't recommend eating here. But I love Hardee's food and all star meals so it is hard to give this poor of a review. If they would just serve food hot this would have been 4 stars. read more
