It's pricey food and can be expired. Sandwiches can be dry and old. The ice from the ice machine had black stuff in it. Can be cleaner.

I've been here several times over the past couple of months. I have experienced nothing but…read morelaziness and attitude. I hate how overpriced everything is 3x what im use to paying in Texas but it is what it is. I did look at some food online before I went into the store to decide what I wanted. Went in grabbed a few things didn't ring up for sale at register I told the lady the item was on sale not ringing up. Not only did she not want to go check she blew me off and went back to talking to her coworkers standing in a huddle gossiping so annoying. The second time I went there my husband offered to help the guy bringing in the baskets because they were blocking the way out of the store for a nice little time. The guy yelled at my husband saying HIS CARTS!! Crazy!! There was another incident but I rather not talk about it cause it had me fuming and I'd like to forget about how poorly customer service is here. I can't wait to go to Minot or Dickinson. Grocery stores there nothing but smiles and hospitality.

I have been shopping at this location for almost 10 years and I stopped giving them my business…read moretoday. When I shop, I shop for 2 weeks worth of groceries at a time. Total is usually over $700. Today I went to check out and there were no lanes open except for self-checkout. I had no items to be weighed, so I go up to one of 7 registers that were open to only be told that I was not allowed to use these registers due to the size of my order. I told the cashier that there weren't any lanes open. I was told I would have to wait for a cashier to come back from lunch to be checked out. I was floored by this response. I had no problem with ringing up my own groceries, but to be told I have to wait I assume 30 minutes to an hour to be checked out. Really??? I'm sorry, I left my cart with that cashier and walked out. I will drive a little bit further to do my shopping from now on. This just baffled my mind.

On December 22 ,2024 we went to Reynolds Market to shop for a few things for Christmas dinner…read more The grocery store was open and there were cars in their parking lot. As my husband went to climb out of his truck he immediately went down and severely injured his shoulder. Turns out that no one had sanded or salted the Reynolds supermarket parking lot and it was a sheet of undetectable black ice. As we went to go into the store to tell them what happened we noticed several customers clinging to grocery carts so they wouldn't fall and even a Reynolds employee holding on to a light post for dear life. There was no current storm and it was a sunny morning so there is no excuse for opening a store when the parking lot was completely unsafe. This wasn't nirmal snow and ice. When we told customer service and the store manager that my husband was injured their response was unapologetic and apathetic. We were given the name and number of their Insurance guy (Ryan) and we were told he would help us. Nine months later, my husband, who is a mechanic, had to have major surgery on his shoulder, couldn't use his arm for over 2 months, and is permanently scarred and still having problems with his shoulder. His job is our only source of income and we had to borrow a lot of money from a relative just so we wouldn't become homeless. We have been through hell because of Reynolds incompetence in keeping their customers safe. No one from corporate has ever reached out to us and Ryan, their insurance guy, has been unprofessional and doesn't communicate with us in a timely manner. He never returns our multiple phone calls and when he finally decides to reach out to us it's seceral weeks after we message him or email him. He's been stalling on purpose. This whole situation has been extremely stressful and frustrating for us. The whole incident of my husband falling in their untreated parking lot was caught on their store cameras and Reynolds has admitted fault. So after nine frustrating months of the shady insurance guy stringing us along he finally gives us an extremely low settlement offer that is a huge slap in the face. It doesn't even cover the cost of my husband's surgery. We even had to relocate to another part of the country because of this. We are not looking to get rich off of this, we just want to be made whole. My husband is a big, strong man who was in the most pain I have ever seen him in because of Reynolds negligence. This incident should never have happened and it has forever scarred him and completely changed our lives. I guess Reynolds only cares about making money. We tried to settle with their insurance guy but at this point we have a lawyer and we are done being nice. We are absolutely disgusted with this whole horrible situation and Reynolds lack of care and concern for their customers.

One of two grocery stores in Sidney. They have a lot of stuff packed in a relatively small space…read more Everything seems to cost about 1/3 more than I expect but it's the oilfield. Absolutely nothing stands out as something that they do well. There's a tiny bakery with lots of pre packaged items, I think there's a butcher but not positive, no deli. Really it feels like a great big convenience store not a grocery store that I've become accustomed to. Summary: You'll probably find what you need, or a variation of it. It will probably cost more than you're used to (unless you live here) and the service will be adequate. Which is great considering how hard these guys work to keep up with the massive growth in this town.

Gotta give Walmart props, my experience here was pretty good! I needed some toiletries during my…read moretravels, and this Walmart served me well. Despite the massive interior, it was easy to navigate. The space was clean, bright, and full of useful signage. And with one-third of the store dedicated to groceries, it was really convenient to get some water and snacks during the same toiletry run. The parking lot is a bit of a hot mess, definitely could use a refresh similar to the store itself. But in terms of convenience, selection, and price, this Walmart did the job!

First, I want to clarify that this review is specifically about the Tire Center…read more While we were traveling, we discovered we had two tires going flat. We called on a Saturday night and learned they were closed. No problem -- we asked what time to come in the next day and whether we could schedule an appointment. We were told appointments weren't available, but to arrive by 7:00 a.m. We showed up at 6:45 a.m., only to be informed that they had appointments scheduled until 9:00 a.m., and those would take priority. Again, fine -- we asked if we could make an appointment, as he said no, they did not do same day appointments. We asked if we could leave the tire, as we only had one spare. They said yes, so we left the tire and came back around 9:00 a.m. Plan was at 9:00 we would come back to a fixed tire, and they would put it on the truck and than take the other one off and fix it. We arrived back at 9:00. That's when we were told they couldn't repair the tire and that we would need to buy new tires. They did not call and tell us this, just left the tire until we showed back up. Unfortunately, they didn't have anything suitable for our truck, and one of the gentlemen tried to sell us passenger highway tires, which clearly wouldn't work. We declined. After we declined, the gentelmen just walked away and was not interested in helping us any longer. At that point, a young woman with long blonde hair stepped in to assist us. She was absolutely amazing. She took the time to listen, came up with a real solution, and was transparent throughout the process. She even came out multiple times to update us on what was happening with the vehicle. Importantly, she didn't try to upsell us with tires that weren't appropriate -- she truly helped us make it home safely with what we had. She was wonderful, and we really appreciated her help. Unfortunately, the older gentleman we first dealt with was the opposite -- he didn't listen, wasn't helpful, and came across as someone who just wanted to make a sale rather than help us solve a problem.
