Went in grabbed a few things didn't ring up for sale at register I told the lady the item was on sale not ringing up. Not only did she not want to go check she blew me off and went back to talking to her coworkers standing in a huddle gossiping so annoying. The second time I went there my husband offered to help the guy bringing in the baskets because they were blocking the way out of the store for a nice little time. The guy yelled at my husband saying HIS CARTS!! Crazy!! There was another incident but I rather not talk about it cause it had me fuming and I'd like to forget about how poorly customer service is here. I can't wait to go to Minot or Dickinson. Grocery stores there nothing but smiles and hospitality.

It can't be cheap to bring materials up here so I am glad this spot exists. Maybe a few cents more than a nearby Walmart back home but it's nothing to break the bank. Store is clean. Well stocked and has a Subway/deli. Employees are friendly and the lines to checkout are short. Even has a nearby or adjacent liquor store with an impressive selection. Guess that's ND state law to have the alcohol separate. Otherwise clothes, food, furniture, all the Wally World essentials. Other things in town but if you're visiting for work or a short visit just stop here. Grab what you need and dip. If it's -30 out you don't want to be checking multiple stores when chances are Walmart will have it on your first visit.

However, upon opening the gift cards the last 4 digits of the card were scratched out along with the security number making them useless. Calling Mastercard has been difficult. We filed a claim but we're waiting. Tried calling Walmart but can't get a live person to tell them to pull them off the shelves so someone else doesn't go through the same thing we are! Just avoid any gift cards from Mastercard! I'd also like to add that I have called multiple times, and I get a computer automated number system. I've hit just about every department and it just rings and rings. I've never been able to speak to a live person to tell them to pull these items off their shelves. You can't get through by phone.

The meat comes to them already boned so dont expect to pick up a treat for Fido, I was already rudely told 'We dont do that...", the their meats look good. You can get decent pastrami, just dont expect to serve it on rye; they only carry white, wheat or sourdough bread. Little of that and VERY expensive. Nearly $5 a loaf for bread, that much for a HALF GALLON of milk. Eggs price werent too bad. For a stock up type shopping, I'll make the drive to Glendive or Miles City and not pay tax. Dickinson is also a good option. Friendly clerks for the most part, young kids doing the shelves. I like it. As far as parking, their lot stays packed. I park in the street. Clerks help you out with your groceries, which is a bonus you dont see much of anymore.

Williston in itself is a very interesting boomtown. It is not a place I would want to be trapped for any time in the dead of winter but during the rest of the year Williston is no different than the typical friendly smaller town one would encounter anywhere in the Western US. Would definitely roll through this shop if passing through Williston on the way to Montana or points east.

On December 22 ,2024 we went to Reynolds Market to shop for a few things for Christmas dinner…read more The grocery store was open and there were cars in their parking lot. As my husband went to climb out of his truck he immediately went down and severely injured his shoulder. Turns out that no one had sanded or salted the Reynolds supermarket parking lot and it was a sheet of undetectable black ice. As we went to go into the store to tell them what happened we noticed several customers clinging to grocery carts so they wouldn't fall and even a Reynolds employee holding on to a light post for dear life. There was no current storm and it was a sunny morning so there is no excuse for opening a store when the parking lot was completely unsafe. This wasn't nirmal snow and ice. When we told customer service and the store manager that my husband was injured their response was unapologetic and apathetic. We were given the name and number of their Insurance guy (Ryan) and we were told he would help us. Nine months later, my husband, who is a mechanic, had to have major surgery on his shoulder, couldn't use his arm for over 2 months, and is permanently scarred and still having problems with his shoulder. His job is our only source of income and we had to borrow a lot of money from a relative just so we wouldn't become homeless. We have been through hell because of Reynolds incompetence in keeping their customers safe. No one from corporate has ever reached out to us and Ryan, their insurance guy, has been unprofessional and doesn't communicate with us in a timely manner. He never returns our multiple phone calls and when he finally decides to reach out to us it's seceral weeks after we message him or email him. He's been stalling on purpose. This whole situation has been extremely stressful and frustrating for us. The whole incident of my husband falling in their untreated parking lot was caught on their store cameras and Reynolds has admitted fault. So after nine frustrating months of the shady insurance guy stringing us along he finally gives us an extremely low settlement offer that is a huge slap in the face. It doesn't even cover the cost of my husband's surgery. We even had to relocate to another part of the country because of this. We are not looking to get rich off of this, we just want to be made whole. My husband is a big, strong man who was in the most pain I have ever seen him in because of Reynolds negligence. This incident should never have happened and it has forever scarred him and completely changed our lives. I guess Reynolds only cares about making money. We tried to settle with their insurance guy but at this point we have a lawyer and we are done being nice. We are absolutely disgusted with this whole horrible situation and Reynolds lack of care and concern for their customers.

Absolutely nothing stands out as something that they do well. There's a tiny bakery with lots of pre packaged items, I think there's a butcher but not positive, no deli. Really it feels like a great big convenience store not a grocery store that I've become accustomed to. Summary: You'll probably find what you need, or a variation of it. It will probably cost more than you're used to (unless you live here) and the service will be adequate. Which is great considering how hard these guys work to keep up with the massive growth in this town.
