I hate how overpriced everything is 3x what im use to paying in Texas but it is what it is. I did look at some food online before I went into the store to decide what I wanted. Went in grabbed a few things didn't ring up for sale at register I told the lady the item was on sale not ringing up. Not only did she not want to go check she blew me off and went back to talking to her coworkers standing in a huddle gossiping so annoying. The second time I went there my husband offered to help the guy bringing in the baskets because they were blocking the way out of the store for a nice little time. The guy yelled at my husband saying HIS CARTS!! Crazy!! There was another incident but I rather not talk about it cause it had me fuming and I'd like to forget about how poorly customer service is here. I can't wait to go to Minot or Dickinson. Grocery stores there nothing but smiles and hospitality.

I have been shopping at this location for almost 10 years and I stopped giving them my business…read moretoday. When I shop, I shop for 2 weeks worth of groceries at a time. Total is usually over $700. Today I went to check out and there were no lanes open except for self-checkout. I had no items to be weighed, so I go up to one of 7 registers that were open to only be told that I was not allowed to use these registers due to the size of my order. I told the cashier that there weren't any lanes open. I was told I would have to wait for a cashier to come back from lunch to be checked out. I was floored by this response. I had no problem with ringing up my own groceries, but to be told I have to wait I assume 30 minutes to an hour to be checked out. Really??? I'm sorry, I left my cart with that cashier and walked out. I will drive a little bit further to do my shopping from now on. This just baffled my mind.

I stopped in yesterday to do some light shopping before I start work tomorrow…read more I asked one of the employees for help finding a shower curtain and was told that the signs at the top of the aisle should help me out. Didn't provide me with an aisle number or sense of direction on where to go. I finally figured out, it's because they don't sell shower curtains.......... Not sure if the employee even knew. All of the tags say that they "Buy by the truckload, so we can save by the cartload". However, this was one of the most expensive grocery stores I have ever shopped at. It is up there price wise with the last whole foods I went to if not more expensive. With not nearly the quality, I looked through some ground us chuck, and after moving 4 packages out of the way, I finally found one that wasn't brown and was the reddish color I expect to see from meat... It comes easy for me to say that I will be making it a priority to find a new grocery store regardless of how far I will need to drive.
