DO NOT order a "move out/deep clean" from this company. There are way better companies that don't…read morecharge 1,000 dollars to vacuum a couple of carpets and hardwood floors and actually give quality results when you need it. Here was my experience: COST: 984.00 WORK COMPLETED: -vacuumed some carpets -mopped floors -cleaned bathrooms -wiped countertops WORK NOT COMPLETED: -refrigerator -dishwasher -cabinets -baseboards -windows -missed two carpets CUSTOMER SERVICE: -misquoted -didn't receive a call back to discuss unfinished work until the next day -yelled at and hung up on???? - told the work that was not completed were items that are "add-ons" (add-ons to 984.00?) -lied to about what work was done (said they wiped down window that was not) I am struggling with what they define as a "move out/deep clean" if what I received was nothing different than a standard cleaning at best... We were moving out so I intentionally cleaned prior to their arrival to make sure they could do "final-touch" work for our new renters, as the house was already empty and pre-cleaned before they started. When I asked the question, they responded that "their employees stay busy during their time at our property and that they care..." That's great and all but "busy work" doesn't mean that the consumer will get the quality of work they are paying for as promised by their service level agreement. I now have to hire another company to come out and "finish the job." I might as well have driven down the 15 freeway and tossed a thousand-one dollar bills out the window. I hope this company changes its business model to be more customer and performance-focused. Take this as a warning, ask the hard questions before you entertain their work offerings. If you read the other bad reviews on this company, they all have the same challenges with their experience...PERFORMANCE.

$500 for a "deep clean" for my 1,600 sq ft farmhouse that was already relatively clean, but dusty…read moredue to the farm and a dog. Two young gals here for three hours. Blinds, baseboards, the whole shebang in three hours - a deep clean allegedly. I noticed a couple of things, asked if they cleaned. The answer was yes, which I clearly knew wasn't the case. I was in the middle of conference calls and didn't have time to police their work until I took a quick lunch break and was so irritated I decided to get out my Swiffer and Clorox wipes. You can imagine how unhappy I was. Floor wasn't done. Countertops still dirty. Baseboards not done. Glass not done. Stove not wiped. Went to the living room and it started all over again. Dirty blinds. The photos speak for themselves. I reached out with photos within an hour of the gals leaving to express how disappointed and unacceptable this is, got a text response an hour+ later asking if they could call tomorrow to talk about the situation and schedule a time in the future for it to be fixed. Wow. Excellent customer service. I hired them for help because I'm busy and they had great reviews, waited three weeks for an appointment and ended up having to clean my house on my own anyway and also lost $500 in the process. $83.33/hr per person for this? Perhaps I need to start a cleaning business. Hate to provide this feedback to a small business but you can't be operating this way, though it seems like there's really no rush to correct any issues. Canceling all future maintenance visits I'd signed up for as well. Hard pass for me.

What was unexpected was the speed and the care he puts into his work. Using Paintsmith was a negative experience our family and neighborhood won't soon forget…read more When Matt negotiated the paint job on our home we specifically requested top-of-the-line premium paints to be used, and he "gave us his word" that he and his crew would, and we were quoted for the difference in price. But then after starting the job my wife watched his workers, at his direction, pour paint from one entirely different generic looking bucket into another, and bring it into the house to continue painting. And when I came home at lunch, and asked Matt about it, he got condescending and started making some excuse about my wife being confused or that his workers were confused, even though they were only following his orders. But Matt kept insisting it would be fine. As I was walking back out to my car to return to the office I noticed the two "other" buckets of paint at Matt's vehicle, so out of curiosity I went to home depot where he said he bought his paint, and sure enough the other paint was significantly cheaper than the paint he promised to use in his bid and according to employees was not even close in quality to the more premium one that was supposed to be used in the job. I'm no paint expert, but the rooms they painted with the second paint even smelled different that night from the first where they started the job. Typical bait-&-switch of an unprofessional businessman, and had my wife not stayed home that day and been paying attention we wouldn't have known. The following day before settling the bill with Matt I again questioned the paint switch, and told him I wasn't comfortable paying full price for a job he used lower grade paint. He immediately got indignant and threatened to place a lien against our home if we didn't pay the bill in full, raising his voice at me in front of my wife and children. Even the neighbors heard him. Somehow I was hoping I was wrong, but now a year later the hallway and rooms that were painted with the cheaper paint are showing definite signs of wear, and you can even scrape it off with your fingernail. Needless to say I won't be using his services again, and rest assured being as his unsavory rant and threats turned into the buzz of the neighborhood, neither will a lot of other people.
