On top of that, my door lock was damaged from the beginning. It's completely broken now and I can't even turn the lock -- a major safety concern. I've reported this issue multiple times and it's been over a month with no resolution. This level of neglect is unacceptable. As a tenant, I expect safe living conditions and timely repairs.
