The staff is willing to make substitutions to the food and don't seem inconvenienced when you ask. However, I told them I didn't want meat and wanted to sub something else instead. While they made the substitution there ended up being bacon in the potatoes. Chances are the grill was not cleaned well and this ruined the meal...if someone tells you sub something for meat it is likely that person doesn't eat pork, they are vegetarian or vegan........we are vegetarian (except for fish) and we couldn't eat the potatoes...all four of our dishes had bacon when we had made substitutions...yuck. We had taken it to go so nothing could be done at the time we realized it. I'm sure based on the staff I have seen they would have. The food is somewhat inconsistent. It is apparent, one of the cooks doesn't seem to know you don't mix eggs with vegetable until both are mostly cooked. They do have espresso which is nice. read more
