I asked how much longer this will take she said, "you should be grateful that I'm working and even doing this" came to brush my hair and said wow your hair isn't even brushed. So I waited 40 minutes and this person didn't like my hair texture and didn't want to brush it for 165. I work in the restaurant industry absolutely WORST WORST WORST experience ever. Have no common courtesy or common sense. If you would like a rude hair dresser who doesn't want to brush your hair out, it's so sad that people are outwardly racist these days. Would never come again and would also make sure my family and friends and Broomall come either. I literally have never experienced any professional service like this. I'm a brunette and I had grown out blond highlights (you can clearly see the line b/w my grown out hair and bleached highlights) and wanted a balayage with roots left my natural color. She put a high lift highlights only on the top of my hair and sides which wasn't nearly the intensity it should've been, and the bottom layers of my hair were left untouched. The difference between my blond and natural hair wasn't blended at all. All these highlights also go from half an inch off my roots. Not only did I not get a balayage, but I got partial highlights that are not even that prominent. Also, I was done in 75 minutes and the next two clients came in about 10 minutes before I was done (so she didn't even think this would take 2 hours). I guess if you buy a Groupon for this place you get the service equal to how much you paid for it, not what the value of Groupon was.
