I was hoping for more focus on the head massage for a deeper relaxation experience. Another point is the products used. They use brands like Neutrogena and others, and when they removed my makeup, my skin felt burning and tingling ~ which is unusual for me since I don't typically have sensitivities. I personally prefer and use very clean, organic products, but I understand that would increase the cost beyond the $103 + tip price point. Also worth noting: there is a $40 nonrefundable deposit required, and you must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance to avoid losing it. A positive experience overall with very good service, but I didn't leave feeling as relaxed as I had hoped, which was my main goal.

It wasn't totally pain free - BUT - I've had more uncomfortable laser hair removal, waxing, heck, even massages at one of those cheap places than this was painful. I had some redness in my eyes that didn't last more than a 24 hours and probably had more to do with me putting too much of the aftercare on (which worked well) and getting it in my eyeballs.
