Short acrylic nails - $70

I got short acrylic nails for $70. I was a walk in and the staff were super nice. It's clean and relaxing inside.

Nothing beats a mani/pedi and Splendor. I've been coming here for two years, and I never leave disappointed. I typically treat myself to the nicest mani/pedi packages, and leaving with only spending $120 including tip doesn't hurt the bank account too much; especially for the quality here at Splendor. Kind, clean, and my go to place every time. I always highly recommend!

Got a nail infection from this place- I got my nails done here twice in a row after moving to the neighborhood and after a removal (at this same place) I found that a number of my nails had major discoloration & I now have to go to the doctor to make sure I can treat it properly. This has never happened to me before & I have found through research that this happens due to unsanitary equipment & practice by nail techs. I wish I checked reviews before so that I know others had this type of experience & avoid this whole situation. I will not be going back, the place "looks" nice but it's poorly managed... just sharing my experience so others know they could end up in bad situations from going to splendor too

I'm so happy with my nails. The salon was clean and the staff so friendly . I love my nails High recommend it.

The staff was friendly and the lady did a fantastic job on my nails. The salon was clean, and the service was quick and effcient. High recommend !!!!

I've been a customer for about a year and 3 mo. all visits in which were 5 mo. apart. No matter where I go, it's always the same service.. If you're going to be expensive, at least do the job to match the price. I should've known they aren't masseuse. I asked for 5 more minutes In hopes she'd massage my feet and legs; needles to say I wasted $5. I bet she didn't even time herself for 10 mins, that's my fault for not timing. Don't be shy like me and speak up about your nails, this s**t too expensive to giving away money. **I got my nails done on Saturday 06/04** **the pictures are from 06/08**

My favorite place to get my nails done! I am always satisfied with my mani pedis every visit. They have great polish options, amazing customer service, and takes their time to perfect your nails/toes. I got my gel mani done last week and they're still going strong - not a chip in sight! I recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience a relaxing and amazing time to pamper yourself. :) P.s. they are taking great precautions with Covid-19. Everything feels safe and sanitized!

Friendly staff and hard workers. They have social distancing for their pedi and mani stations which is nice. Also have sanitation bottles at each station as well. First time visit and had a nice time. I ended up changing my mind on the manicure and went with an acrylic set. Had to wait for another person but was worth it. She did an excellent job with my nails and made sure each nail was straight and perfect. Lots of filing but she took her time. Thank you everyone that helped me out and the rest of my party.

I just love coming here! Never a bad experience. I always leave feeling relaxed, and nails looking good. Highly recommend this place!

2/24/13 2 days later, still bleeding & from the top view of my foot, there is a flat spot where my skin was grated off.

This past Sunday I decided I'd spoil myself and get a manicure and pedicure. I decided to go to my normal "go to" nail salon as I've been an off and on customer of theirs for almost 5 years and have never had a problem. There was the normal pick the service you want from the card and the pressure from the girls trying to sell you something more expensive.... I'm used to that happening every time, so not surprised, though a little annoyed. I had brought in my own nail polish as well (more on that in a minute). Now for the reason I will NEVER go back. Whilst doing my pedicure, the girl was using a pumice stone and literally grated the skin off the outside of my left toe from pushing too hard! She did not say a word, much less apologize! She just rested my foot on the basin and walked away. I looked at it as she was walking away and the skin was sticking straight off of it and I was bleeding. In fact over the past 2 days I've bled through 4 baindaids! (I know for a FACT that I did not have a callous where I was skinned. I NEVER get callous' there and in fact the day before I had used a ped-egg on my feet so I didn't have any rough skin that needed to be grated off anyway). The other girl doing my fingernails said that I have thin skin.... Excuse my french, but that's bull sh*t! I looked at her and said, "Um, no, I think she was pushing too hard!" When she returned from wherever, she took a cotton ball and soaked it with some blue solution which she called "bleach" and placed it on my toe which really frikin hurt! and then continued on with the treatment. I had opted for the slightly more expensive massage package with the hot stone which practically never touched my legs. My leg mucsles were aching and that was the main reason I decided to get the pedicure - to have someone rub my feet and legs.... with a hot stone. Sadly I did NOT get what I paid for... And now in hindsight, I'm a little embarrassed to admit, but they did not offer me a discount and I was too in shock (or too much of a push-over to demand a discount). So I paid almost $60 for a manicure and pedicure and left with my toe bleeding through the bandaid and staining the little slipper thing they give you to walk out of the store with. (see pictures above) Oh, and they still have my $7 nail polish that I brought in with me. I called and they have it at the front desk, but I don't know if I want it back. I don't think I can trust that no one else has used it.... Oh, and I'm not sure if the girl threw out the pumice that she used to scrape my skin off, which also had my blood all over it... NEVER again.

Note that all 3 appts were walk-ins in 2026. 1. June: 5 min wait. Good work. Organized. 2. August: Told me 5 min. Seated me after 20. Just tell me 20 from the beginning, you know? Then I know I can get a snack or coffee at Safeway and come back. I paid the manicurist and pedicurist to their separate Venmo accounts and tipped 20% for each. As I'm walking to my car 2 employees run after me claiming I didn't pay. ? And then one of them bellows something from the doorway and the one at my car just walks away. This turned me off and I decided never to come back if that's how they treat people. Didn't even say sorry. Just treated me like a thief. 3. September. Ok, I came back. I was at Savers already and thought a pedicure sounded fun. The four workers had clients so I checked in and they said 5 min. So I waited...25 min later I asked how much longer and guess what? 5 min. I waited 10 and then walked out. Now I'm at Viv's Salon on Santa Teresa. Love this place. Celine needs to get their priorities in order and stop appeasing customers with fake wait times.

Went in today for a gel x removal since I have a tendency to remove them myself, I decided i'd do it in a healthier way for my nails but the experience was not great. The technician used a double-bowl soak method with warm water but didn't offer to apply a protective barrier like Vaseline or oil to my hands first. (I am used to nail shops using the foil and cotton method so this was new to me) Because my bare skin was left completely unprotected in warm acetone, it caused some chemical dehydration. The skin on my fingertips is now dry and peeling. On top of that, the actual service was rushed and sloppy. My nails were filed completely slanted and unevenly and my nails were stripped of their natural oils. She did apply cuticle oil after she was finished, but then had me immediately wash it off with soap. By the time I came back to the table to get my things there was already another technician sitting down to take a client. When it came time to pay, the technician seemed surprised because I chose not to leave a tip. Tipping is for good service, not for a rushed job that leaves a customer with uneven nails and peeling, damaged skin. I'm grateful that I have a pretty strong nail bed naturally, but this could seriously damage someone with sensitive nails and skin. I will not be returning. --------------------- update in response to the owner: Thank you for admitting the filing was rushed and uneven. While it is standard practice, full submersion soaking is seen as an older method that can be harsh to nails and skin, it's not the best and was obviously used to save time. Especially since I've had a gel pedicure removed here before and a different nail tech used the foils and cotton. And while everyone knows tips are never required, the technicians change in tone and body language when no tip is selected is definitely a way to deter customers. Thank you for taking some accountability so this doesn't happen to guests in the future.

They are always very friendly and accommodating for a walk-in appointment. The salon is hygienic and clean. They also have a very nice selection of gel polish colors, especially cateye colors. I recently had an ingrown toenail (my first ever in 33 years) after my latest visit but the owner was quick to help communicate this with the nail tech doing my pedicure so it doesn't happen again. This made me feel very understood and respected as a regular customer here. The owner also tries to remember the regulars at the salon and always offer a warm welcoming, which is very nice of her. They offer a discount for cash payments, but also accept Venmo (even for tips) while credit card has a small charge. I think their prices are very reasonable and definitely cheaper than the last salon I went to before switching to Pedi Nail Lounge. There is a large shared parking lot in front so plenty of parking nearby. I also like that there is a coffee shop (Blvd coffee), food spot (Chispiro's) and Lucky Grocery store right next door that makes the location extremely convenient for me. 5/5 , definitely recommend if you're looking for a new nail salon

A Girls' Day That Deserved a Little More Blossom…read more At the end of September, I treated my daughter and niece to pedicures at Blossom Nail Spa for a much-needed girls' day. It was an especially meaningful outing, as my daughter is expecting my first grandchild and my niece is a new mother. I wanted to treat these two beautiful ladies to a little pampering and relaxation. It had been several years since my last visit to Blossom Nail Spa, and unfortunately, the experience was quite different from what I remembered. To be fair, no one was rude or unpleasant. The salon was clean, the spa chairs were comfortable, and the atmosphere was peaceful. However, the experience lacked the warmth, attention to detail, and special touches that once made this salon memorable. What disappointed me most was the limited selection of pedicure services. I remember a time when Blossom offered a variety of treatments that made choosing a pedicure part of the fun. This time, I don't recall being presented with any options beyond whether we wanted gel or regular polish. Everything felt rather basic and uninspired. We arrived just before 11 a.m. on a Sunday, and I was surprised to find the salon nearly empty. While I certainly appreciate a quiet, relaxing environment, I couldn't help but wonder whether the lack of customers reflected a change in the overall experience. At the conclusion of our services, we were each given a $10 voucher toward a future visit, valid for one month. It was a thoughtful gesture and ordinarily something that would encourage me to return. My niece kept hers, while my daughter left hers with me since she lives in Redwood City and wasn't likely to make another trip. Unfortunately, even with the vouchers, I couldn't find a compelling reason to return. I considered using them for a manicure or even passing them along to someone else, but neither happened, and they expired yesterday. Ultimately, this wasn't a terrible experience. It simply wasn't a memorable one, and that's perhaps what made it so disappointing. When you visit a spa, particularly for a special occasion, you hope to leave feeling pampered, refreshed, and perhaps a little spoiled. Instead, we received three ordinary pedicures with nothing that made the experience stand out. I genuinely miss the Blossom Nail Spa I remember from years ago. I hope they consider bringing back the variety of treatments and thoughtful touches that once made visiting feel like a special indulgence rather than just another appointment. Two stars for a clean salon and comfortable chairs, but sadly, the experience itself fell short of blooming.
