Then they showed up almost 40 minutes late to our house for a deep cleaning which we were told would take 4 hours. My wife and I left to run errands. When we returned 2 hours after they started the two women were packing up to leave, and drove off in their cars as we pulled into the driveway. When we entered the house, it was no cleaner than when we left. There were crumbs in the main walkway of the kitchen, finger prints on every mirror, and scum in the shower. There was no sign that they cleaned anything. They didn't even move object around on surfaces like the kitchen island or entertainment center to make an attempt at cleaning. When I called jay to complain, he made it seem like it was my fault for not understanding the services. When I spoke to the owner he threatened to take me to small claims court if i refused to pay. The cleaners did not even do the most basic of cleaning services. He argued that I needed to at least pay them for their time. My point was I should not be responsible to pay his employees for THEIR time if they didn't do the service hired to perform. They did offer to reclean the house at no cost to me, but I would never let this company enter my house again In response to comment- prior to the cleaning we were specifically instructed not to give payment to the women performing the cleaning. The supervisor, Josh was scheduled to arrive at our house after the cleaning to collect payment. When we arrived home we did call and spoke to Jay on the phone who was very confrontational telling me I was incorrect about the expectations of the cleanings and that Josh the supervisor would come to my house to address the concerns. When josh arrives he did agree the cleaning was subpar. While josh was in my home the woman who performed the cleaning barged into my house without knocking and very aggressively yelled at me asking "what didn't she clean" I then told her to leave my home because I did not want her in my home with that level of anger. I did state she didn't have any paperwork, meaning badge, company shirt, or anything stating that she was a professional cleaner, in no way indicating anything regarding her immigration status. Josh handled the situation very professionally and did the best he could to settle the situation, which was appreciated.

My cleaners were Joselyn and Lizhet, both very sweet and extremely thorough. They left my apartment sparkling. My issue is mostly with the communication. The cleaners arrived on-time, but the truck with all their tools/supplies didn't arrive until ~45 min after the scheduled time. The person who delivered the supplies seemed like the supervisor or manager, but there was a language barrier and I ended up having to translate for them. Not a huge deal in the grand scheme of things just seemed a little disorganized. Also, I've reached out a couple times to try to schedule a second cleaning, but have yet to hear back. Not sure if they are still in business or not.

Unfortunately, that wouldn't work with my schedule so I had to reschedule. Then the woman who came the second time showed up an hour late. She said she had been outside the building but didn't have my cell number to call me and had to wait for someone to come out. This was unfortunate because I left instructions that I don't have a call box and that my cell needed to be called to let the cleaner in. PREVIOUS POST (before they no-showed a second time and failed to issue the refund they promised) I've used this service 3 times now. They do a great job and bring their own cleaning supplies. There was a tech issue with my third appointment, and the customer service in rectifying it was incredible, they offered to refund and also set up a follow up cleaning appointment. It is the best customer service I've experienced in a long time!

Ok guys get into this…read more.. This wonderful, super impressive cleaning service is the one to go with. They cleaned my apt soo good I'm never going anywhere else for a clean. My oven you guys was so clean(see pic below) that I can eat off of it! My counter tops were so shiny I could see my reflection on them! My tub was so pristine my kitten (who hates baths) was eager for a bath this morning! Basically what I'm saying is, if you don't go with SK Unique Cleaning you will be very upset with yourself!
