The very best of the best window cleaners. Andrew was professional and so pleasant to be working with. He made sure that I didn't have to lift one piece of furniture everything was taken care of by him. Any furniture that had to be moved he put it exactly where it had been to begin with. He made sure to cover any furniture that might be in the path of where he was washing and he did the same with the floors. I asked him to please remove the screens because I no longer wanted them up and he was so precise and stacking them neatly in a place where they wouldn't be seen until I can make arrangements for them to be taken away. In November my gutters were cleaned and the outside of my house and windows were power washed. Splash was supposed to return, to complete indoor and outdoor window washing, as it was a 2-day job. The first time I had Splash out here I praised them for their smooth online system that worked flawlessly. I made the appointment, they came out wonderful work and I was impressed. Today I made my THIRD confirmed appointment online, with no results. I don't know what's happened since November but the last two confirmed appointments I had were later canceled for unknown reasons. For one appointment, I just got an email saying it was canceled...no explanation or attempt to reschedule. Originally I wanted them to come out to finish cleaning my windows but since it's been so difficult to schedule, now I'm just trying to get someone out here to put back the storm windows that were removed for cleaning and have been leaning against my garage since November. Hopefully, they will come back and complete the job and I can update my review :( 5/4/17 - Update....after no phone calls or emails I wound up hiring someone else to finish the job. Andrew is who cleaned my gutters and he did a terrific job and he was incredibly polite and extremely easy to work with. I'm rating 4 stars instead of 5; however, as Splash's confirmation gives an appointment time but doesn't clearly state that it is a 2-hour window. Also, I waited at my property for a couple hours before learning they'd be almost two hours late to my appointment. As mentioned, however, Andrew was very sincere and apologized. I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment for them to clean the windows at one of my properties, but when the worker showed up, he did a fantastic job -- he really went the extra mile and the house has never looked better. He was friendly and courteous to boot. But when I tried calling a couple weeks late rto make an appointment for another rental property, I could not get a human on the phone and my voicemail messages were never returned. They were prompt in returning my initial call, called the morning of to confirm the appointment to come out and provide a quote, provided a very fair quote, and did the work that day.
