The best part is the one for little kiddos is all covered by tree cover. It's entirely shaded-the swings the slide all of it!! No other park has that! Lol. Plus The huge amount of swings, and the wide open space for toddlers to run. There is lots of parking, and lots of people around. Haven't used their batting cages, dog park or restrooms yet, but we see others using them constantly. There are also quite a bit of picnic shelters here. Great for parties!

I was very happy with the friendly onboarding of the staff at Shapemakers/Sierra and affordability of the plan. They have month to month, not endless years and years of payment plans. Because of COVID there are limited classes, but I go mostly for the gym. I taught Yoga here back in the late 90's to early 2000's when I lived in Fresno before. I enjoyed it then, but feel that the addition of the cute gift shop, the overhaul of the snack bar into a restaurant due this year and generally, the service level of this club is good. If you do join the racquet/pool part of the club, the grounds are gorgeous. As a young teen I remember coming here nights, listening to live music and dancing on a summer evening. I love the modern spanish building here. It's a great place for photography. Don't forget the firestation next to it too. It's a beautiful building for photography too.

We brought the kids bikes so they could ride the loop around the park and our croquet set; which we had no idea how play, lol. There are even lemon trees planted around the grounds that in the past have produced fruit! There is a net separating the 2 courts from each other so that balls aren't flying across courts. There's an additional net protecting the spectator chairs from the courts. The temperature is kept cool, it's not stuffy, and there's great music playing. There are bathrooms and a water fountain for use. They also have Heat apparel for purchase at the front desk. As of now, it's $10 per player and free for spectators. Note: There is another room (aside from the one pictured) that has 3-4 additional indoor courts to use for practice.

Anywho, the dude and I come here before the Pandemic and I can tell you that traffic definitely increased when the pandemic occurred as we would not see many people. Anywho, the first time I came to this park which is just across the street from our living quarters. The first time Clovis PD was there removing the homeless camps. Behind Letterman park there is a beautiful canal that has a princess path to get to it and this is where we saw duck couples and followed the same duck couple until they had babies of their own and started to feed their family. The park has a skate park attached to it, grassy areas, play structures and seating. Over the 5 or 6 months we have been frequenting this park we have seen which the pandemic came through and they had to shut down the park by putting caution tap all around. We seen people camp out here, do exercise classes and homeless roaming which he didn't see a lot of that before the pandemic. We walk out there all hours of the day and night. We bring flash lights as it gets pretty dark. We have met a lot of amazing people like a woman for the past 17 years will come out and feed abandoned domestic cats which there are about 10 of them. A really cool homeless dude that gives us updates on our duck babies and action going on. Teens out late probably up to no good. Met a father of three who was a cool dude who was laid off due the pandemic and his kiddos were so adorable! We see Clovis PD in back of the park all the time! So this park gets A LOT of action. However since it's so close we come here A LOT and will continue to do pandemic or not!

Booking swim lessons was easy & the staff was very responsive & accommodating to my schedule via email & text. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with warm welcomes & goodbyes every lesson from both the front desk & swim instructor. My son LOVED Bullfrog Swim School & his instructor Miss Sally. As parents we couldn't have asked for a better instructor for our son. Miss Sally was very calm, patient, & loving towards our baby boy. By the end of his 10 lessons our 18 month old was able to hold his breath, kick, blow bubbles, & find the edge of the pool. We will definitely book more lessons with Miss Sally to get him fully swimming as he reaches 2!

I decided to take my team to the rage room for a last team meeting as we will be going on separate…read morework assignments. I wanted to do something that wasn't traditional meeting as we always do lunch and so we decided to do our end of year meeting of something different. I booked the tickets and even got an extra bin to smash things. Upon entering we were greeted by Frank. He is such a lovely fellow. He made sure our waivers were signed and the whole party was there. He explained everything throughout. You have to wear closed toe shoes, long sleeves and clothing that goes past your ankles qnd I know why!!! Please adhere to their dress policy as it is for safety. I only wear dresses and I forgot to bring a long sleeve shirt. So luckily Walmart was across the street so I quickly went to Walmart. However, there is a thrift shop conveniently located next to the rage room which probably happened what I needed too but cheaper. I wasn't thinking as I was rushing but next time I will pop in and check it out. If you do forget your long sleeve, they do have jackets that you can wear too. Not sure if that will be an extra cost or not. But just come prepared. They make you hard at helmets for a great cause because I did get hit in the head with a big chunk of plates and glass. As once your party starts smashing things glass will be flying everywhere and all directions so make sure you keep your heart helmet on at all times. This was definitely a great experience and a great way to blow off some steam especially in chaotic work environment or any environment that she work in. It was a lot of fun to do this as a team and looking forward to come back. We also felt low-key guilty about breaking things, especially some of the items appeared very nice and we wanted to take them home haha but of course we broke them and it felt nice. Definitely coming back and enjoyed breaking things that is off limits ! My team enjoyed it.

After a very stressful couple of work weeks, my husband surprised me with a visit to the Rage Room…read moreso I could let out some frustration. I so NEEDED this. We were greeted upon arrival and the guy explained the rules and safety. We were suited up with goggles, a protective helmet with face shield, latex gloves with thicker gloves over them. Make sure you wear long sleeve shirt, comfortable pants and tennis shoes. The room had mounts so we could record ourselves, and we were able to play our own music without hearing other groups, which made it even better. The space was clean, well ventilated. We were given 20 minutes, but we managed to break everything in the two crates within about 14 minutes. That left us plenty of time to use our "weapons" on the tires and release even more stress on the dummy using our fists and legs. My husband did end up getting nicked by glass. The staff member gave him an alcohol wipe, gauze, and bandage. But he was fine. We had such a great time that we asked about group bookings. One room accommodates 4 people and the other two can hold 2 people each. This would be an incredibly fun event to host. Highly recommend for stress relief!
