So we gave up and called for professional help. Chris, who answered the phone in no time, jumped right in to help us diagnoses the issues. He waited on the phone patiently while we lubricated the rubber ring of the pump, went back n forth dumping water in the pump, recirculated and rinsed the filter. He replied 2 days later "Sorry, it's not a style of pool and installation that we are used to working with and suggested Pool Town or Watson." What???
