So we gave up and called for professional help. Chris, who answered the phone in no time, jumped right in to help us diagnoses the issues. He was rude when we called to talk to him about it and got upset with us because we never came out to talk to him while they were there cleaning the pool. We were at work each time he came so how could we? To top it all off the pool was open but not completely cleaned. There was still tons of vacuuming that needed to be done and it was disgusting the way he left it. However, he told us he was done cleaning it and it was our turn now.
