We made reservations for a good deal at the four seasons hotel and did ok on airfare. We weren't looking forward to the long ordeal of flying post COVID and wanted an easy trip to the hotel instead of yet another long line to get a Kia or maybe a beat up Altima. Limo!! That's the ticket. We searched and found a lot of places. We chose Pinacle87. As soon as we came to the baggage claim area, we saw our Chauffeur, Sanjay waiting at the bottom of the escalator in a suit and tie with our name on his iPad and a smile and greeting for us. Sanjay helped us with our luggage and had a really close VIP parking spot under the airport where only the commercial vehicles could park. Our car was immaculate and new BMW 7 series. Brand new immaculate inside and shiny black exterior! The BMW 7 has much more legroom it had in the back than the Lincoln's most companies use. After a long flight on a typical tight American Airlines plane a little true luxury was really appreciated. Sanjay even made a stop for us at a store. When I said I wanted some ibuprofen Sanjay the chauffeur said sure no charge and pulled into a Walgreens. Sanjay dropped us off at the 4 Seasons Disney World resort, opening all of the doors and quickly handling our bags with the doormen like we were movie stars. Sanjay gave us great service, helped us out and just did an amazing job! I don't see how you could do better than a big comfortable new bimmer driven by a great guy. If you're traveling in the Orlando area Sanjay is the best.

I rode the self driving electric shuttle service in Lake Nona. It started in September. The two…read moreMove Nona shuttles are manufactured by Navya and operated by Beep. They travel on a fixed route on Tavistock Lakes Blvd to two stops: outside the Pixon building by Lake Nona Town Center and the Laurate Park Village Center (near Canvas restaurant). The plan is to eventually increase the number of shuttles and routes. The self driving electric shuttles navigate by using sensors and GPS to adjust to traffic conditions. There are attendants on each bus and they can take over the manual operation of the shuttle at any time. The attendant was using a tablet like screen and a video game controller. The air conditioned shuttles are currently free to ride during the initial launch period and carry up to 10 people. The shuttle travels at a maximum of 15 miles per hour right now but may go faster in the future. You must sit, buckle your seatbelt and hold onto a railing inside the shuttle. Be prepared that the shuttle does make hard stops if it senses something in the way. The shuttles currently operate from 10am-2pm and 6pm-10pm but these hours may change in the future. The shuttle arrives at the stops every 10-15 minutes. You can do a 20 minute round-trip by just telling the attendant.

Autonomous may break/stop when the sensor picks up other vehicle(s) passing through with high speed within its safety range. Mo was the attendent on the shuttle. On the return, the car never showed up to take us to the airport. I called the number on the reservation and the gentleman arranged a pickup with a different service it seemed. Our text conversation stated we would be refunded due to these issues, however a refund never came. I called weeks after and followed up with the owner. He stated that they attempted to give a refund but it bounced back and seemed to be an issue with my bank. I told him the experience we had of pick up from the airport and the pick up from the hotel. The owner indicated he would give some sort of refund and that he would look into how this all happened. A refund never came. Soon after I received a phone call from a professional representative to confirm the reservation. I even changed my return flight and rescheduling the car service was super easy. I spoke to a live person who was super friendly and helpful. When we arrived in Orlando the chauffeur was waiting in baggage claim with a sign with my name on it. He was attentive, and professional. My daughter accidentally left some non-critical items in his vehicle. I reached out to him and he was responsive and patient. Orlando Executive Transportation ensured that we got the items back on our return trip to the airport. Using this service was more expensive than using a typical ride share service but it was totally worth the peace of mind. 100% a positive experience and I will definitely use them again.
