Pam is very warm and made me feel as if I had known her forever. Let's face it, getting laser hair removal is not a fun, or very comfortable procedure to get done, especially a brazillian, but she made sure that I was comfortable throughout the whole time. She was extremely patient and thorough. I was totally shocked at the reasonable prices, and at her honesty. There were a few procedures I wanted to have done but Pam suggested waiting until after summer when I will get optimal results. Before doing the laser on my legs she put numbing cream on my eyebrows so that when she was finished with my legs, I would be all numbed up and ready to go. I absolutely love the way they came out! Not one time did I feel she was rushing me, getting annoyed or frustrated because I would keep looking in the mirror to see how they were coming out! She encouraged me to look at them carefully and make sure I loved the way they looked! I am so happy with not only the services I received, or the extreme reasonable prices, but the entire staff from the receptionist who greets you when you come in the door, to the woman who checked me out when I left! The whole office especially the treatment rooms have a relaxing atmosphere and are absolutely spotless! I will definitely be going back!

I waited an hour and the doctor had one hand on the doorknob the entire appointment and treated under five minutes of questions as a nuisance. I had to rely on a pharmacist for answers instead. If I could describe this place in one word, it would be incompetent. The physician's assistants are incompetent. They very obviously make no attempt to read your file or familiarize with your reasons for being there. The receptionists are incompetent and what's worse, they act like their flaky inefficiency is endearing. I continually return here. Today I realized that I have plans two hours after my re-check (which will take five minutes) and it occurred to me that I might not be able to make these plans before I even stepped foot in the office. And once again, it's not because you receive due attention in the exam room - it's owed to overbooking and incompetence. Please, please if you value your time and sanity, find a practice that cares. As I sit all toasty in the wooden sauna with Himalayan salt and soft music in my ears I'm happy to be here. I regularly get massages -- or rather, blasts-- and had not been for awhile and really felt the difference. This massage goes deep into the cause of a lot of stiffness and gardening of the body and spirit. Myo fascia is like a weblike sheath surrounding your muscles and pretty much like a suit under your skin that gets taut and knotty. But the blaster blasts all that away leaving your skin with more circulation your body invigorated, your muscles relaxed. It's a great and necessary compliment to any yoga practice, which works the same in many asanas, but profoundly. The positive reviews on here must be herself posing as customers. To save you some time to understand why you should spend a little extra and go to a different place, I list out the reasons below: (1) it's ineffective. she rushes every session because she wants you to purchase more. In the beginning she tells you 6 sessions will be enough, but at the end she presses you to buy more. SHE WILL RUSH THE SESSIONS AND DO FULL BODY IN 40 MINUTES, WHEN IT SHOULD TAKE TWO HOURS, TO TRY TO SELL YOU MORE SESSIONS. The only time she slowed down and did a good job was my last session, but I did not even finish my last session I paid for with her because my experience with her has been such a NIGHTMARE. (2) she is extremely careless. she burned my hairline on several areas. She is not careful and now my hairline will suffer permanent damage. She has burned areas of my skin, and THEY AREN'T HEALING WELL. (3) She is EXTREMELY poor in scheduling. She will cancel minutes before my appointment as I am walking in. She will be 45 minutes late. As the cherry on top, she won't apologize or show any remorse that she has wasted my time. I have had scheduling problems with every session that has resulted in me waiting 45+ minutes or having to leave after arriving because she canceled after I arrived. I think this woman is just stupid or playing dumb to make more money.
