He just rang up my son's order and walked off and went behind the cooking line. He never returned, never took my son's money, only handed him a cup for soda. There were probably 15 people waiting for food, a lot of food was sitting up on the table to be given to the various people the whole time we were there, after nearly a half hour, no one took our order or delivered the food that was made. We just walked out. We won't be back. I would never call it fast food, you might call it wait all day food.  It was horrible. I would hate to try the food after the slovenly look of the employees anyway. You should just close this store. The menu looks so good, but don't know if I could ever try it anywhere else. I certainly won't be back here, ever. You need serious management here and fast. I guess this is just your tax write-off, because you can't be making any money here.
