I can tell you that this place is really unique, more like a coffee shop inside a library. This place was buzzing when we came first lunch. You have to find a seat, then go downstairs to the counter to order. Once you've ordered, you get your drinks on a tray with a number. You tell the counter person where about you are seated and they will come find you with your food. Since this was supposed to be a light lunch, we just ordered a chicken sandwich and a tomato soup. The chicken sandwich was a piece of marinated chicken breast, lightly grilled, served on a bed of lettuce with slices of tomato in a crunchy roll, with a side of roasted potatoes. As good as any grilled chicken sandwich can get. The tomato soup can best described as " tomato-y", soupy consistency and just right for a cold Copenhagen winter day. This place is popular, it can get loud inside and you may have to wait a bit for seats, but come and hang out.

The buffet comes with one main and then head to the main dining room. Plenty of communal tables for big parties or for couples or solo eaters to get to know each other. All the food is fresh! The offerings change daily but on the day we were there, all the food was high quality and so fulfilling. After finishing, you place your dirty dishes in a designated area so they can easily collect and clean everything.
