I laugh because it's not like we don't have liquor stores in Virginia lol but I guess it's the uniqueness of it all and maybe the fact that it's a one stop shop with wine beer and liquor - in VA liquor stores are called ABC stores (Alcohol Beverage Control) & only sell liquor. She is always looking for the same thing; some kind of gingerbread liquor that she can't remember the name of lol and they don't ever have it so she ends up buying her usual stuff which is liquor. Again, she could get it in Virginia with no price difference but I guess it's just the fun of road-tripping. For a roadside store they do have a nice little selection, and some unique items as well and the staff is always super friendly & helpful, so why not stop & support a local small biz! Cheers peeps!

Tons of inventory and not enough space to display all of the different varieties. Some bottles have to be tilted to be able to fit on the shelf. The liqueur section is quite small and not a huge variety. Their largest liquor section is for whiskey and scotch. Probably smallest is rum or gin. I remember walking around and wondered if they had gin. They have the inventory and if you want the basics, they pretty much have it. The aisles are on the narrower side so do be careful.
