One of the better bowling places in Cleveland ohio area. It's a new facility and the chairs are comfy and the place is spacious. They have an arcade space too so you can kill time while you wait for a lane to open up!

Here on a Sunday afternoon for a child's birthday party. They are understaffed so laser tag, axe throwing and the bar are closed. The few employees that are here are attentive and kind. There is a vending machine and water at the end of the bar.

The minimalist service contract with the Spins logo on it, but it was originated by Verso catering.

It's really a shame, because this place is a fraction away from being awesome, but the problem is their relationship with Verso, and outside caterer. I planned a group event here for some 17 Y O girls and struggled mightily to get Verso to call me back with details. It felt like they didn't want my business. I'd be told she'd be in at certain time, and then radio silence, no phone call. Or I would call and it would ring and ring with no voice mail. Who runs a business like that? After repeated calls and finally calling the bowling alley manager (who kept telling me it was out of his hands!) He eventually said he'd try to put something together, but then he never called me back. I persisted and finally got the event organized (this location was centrally locates to all attendees, so I was out of options. We showed up tonight for the event, and as you might guess, the catering/food/drink service was outright lousy. They were understaffed at the bar, and we were brought pizza 15 minutes late, but without napkins, plates, lemonade and water, & chips, which were all part of the package. I had to go to the bar to ask for these things and was handed a stack of plates and napkins. I waited a few more minutes and then was told the rest would be brought down. It took ten more minutes. I was hot. I poured drinks for the 8 girls we had present, but they only brought one pitcher of lemonade and one of water. I was able to get 5 glasses of lemonade out of the pitcher and walked it back to the bar for a refill. The bartender told me it would be $10 for another pitcher! And frankly, the two young ladies behind the bar were anything but attentive and polite. The event planner did such a poor job communicating, this was NEVER indicated in her emails or phone calls. And I've included a screenshot of the contract which doesn't really spell it out. Maybe that's my fault, but if your business depends on a poorly run caterer to provide substandard service, it's likely only a matter of time before your business is impacted. Or maybe you just don't care.

On a Saturday evening. In Ohio, in the winter and everything here is closed except bowling. We peeped the website on what this place has to offer. We decided to make the trip and check it out. Apparently on Saturdays you have to have a reservation to bowl. The arcade is opened but the prize area is closed. Axe throwing is closed. So unless you are privy to their schedule? You basically wasted a trip to their location. Customer service was absolute crap. My husband asked if I seen a bathroom and I told him everything that I seen was closed. I advised him to go back to the "friendly" counter person and ask him since he was so knowledgeable, insert Pure sarcasm

BBQ pizza, chicken tenders & garlic parm wings... more than our family of 4 could eat. Good leftovers!

Excellent upgrade at this location. Enjoyed the previous retro rink, but Spins' clean look appeals to a larger population. Staff are very accommodating. Happily changed the channel for my hubby to watch Penn State. Turns out it changed all the screens. They haven't washed away all the retro, though. Enjoyed some rocking 80s throughout our games. I also really appreciate the simple, but well done eats and craft draft beers available. The arcade also adds a nice twist of games that don't break the bank. All in all makes for a great, easy family outing.

There used to be 1/2 off Tuesdays and now there's 1/2 off Mon-Thurs so we came on a Wednesday! Without the promo price, it's simply too expensive to play. The extra $6 PER person "activation" charge is annoying as heck. Don't like that you have to put down a deposit to book the bays either but oh well. Staff is pretty friendly but not a fan of scan to pay. My fingers were pretty cold and I had to concentrate to input my entire credit card numbers instead of swiping it or tapping it. Some things cut into our play time as well like having to order food and asking questions when my turn was up (bad timing I suppose). But still, everyone here is usually friendly and chipper. I actually prefer these Top Golf's clubs to the set my BF bought for me. Their drivers are significantly shorter and can be wielded comfortably by me! Thank you for being inclusive to the shorties! The food--can be hit and miss, I've found. When dining in the restaurant part and ordering, I thought their burgers and fries and sides were pretty good. Out on the bays, a lot of their dishes were bland, lukewarm, not crispy. The boneless wings are great! Great portion and crunch and sauce level. The tacos were atrocious, lol. The wrappers were dry, inflexible, the filling was sparse, tasteless and crumbly. The peach pork sliders (from everyone's feedback) also was not great. I remember the flatbreads being okay though and the veggie and meat trays were fine. The games are fun and reward players who are very amateur so even if you're bad at golf, you might get lucky and score some points in a game! Coming at night is recommended to soak in the party vibe and see the targets all lit up! Whole family loved it!

The tickets were about what movie theater tickets cost, ours included some concession credits. I got a large blue Powerade. We went to the side concessions away from the main concession line, which had a significantly shorter line but was not nearly as stocked with concessions. Just fountain drinks and popcorn. In the theater, the seats were full of room for you to lounge. The seats we had the buttons to recline which could be a problem if you're prone to falling asleep. The screen is huge! The angle of view from the seats we had was perfect to me. The sound was loud and very clear with the sound coming from each direction. All staff we interacted with on entry and exit were all smiling and wishing us all safe travels back with it snowing like crazy earlier. I am more likely to make the drive down to this location. This is how you would want to experience a movie in a theater. Good work Valley View Cinemark!!

I have been to this movie theater numerous times over the years, and found that it hardly changed over the years. It remains timeless. AMBIANCE: The movie theatre is spacious offering a lot of pre-movie activities. There is a sit down cafe area to start nibbling on your popcorn. There is a small arcade with claw machines, and games for solo or groups. They also usually have a display for new movies where you can take fun keepsake pictures. I found that quite a few couples and friend groups checking out the amenities before the movies. The movie theater rooms are certainly outdated considering other cinemas in the area. The recliner chairs operate slowly and appear worn. My least favorite part is the lack of row labels. The row labels are on the floor/carpet. It makes it impossible to see during dim lighting before the movie and should you need to leave during the movie. It's just simply not practical. CONCESSIONS: Concessions go above and beyond with food and movie merch. For instance, Wicked performance featured toys, souvenirs, and even pink/green popcorn. The concessions are overpriced as they are everywhere. SERVICE: The service here is very subpar. Employees mumble to customers and it's really hard to decipher what they're saying. I had this experience during initial entry and at concessions. They are very apathetic or even borderline rude. You don't feel welcome here at all, the service is pretty bad. PARKING: There is a huge parking lot at this movie theatre, larger than other. The parking lot is well lit so you feel reasonably safe. In all honesty, I won't be sprinting back to this movie theatre. I was just purchasing tickets to the next exciting movie release, this movie theatre was the last on my list. I purchased tickets to another movie theatre. My main reasons are that the movie theatre is very outdated and service is terrible. I'd rather go to a more updated venue with friendly staff.

However the gaming truck was a waste of money and the party was full of "little gamers". I do not recommend this gaming truck.
