Also being mindful of how long you completed the class and reaching out to the business for pick-up. Initially I was told an e-mail would be sent letting me know my item was ready for pick-up. As 4 weeks went by without hearing anything I decided to reach out myself. All pieces are kept outside the business in a cabinet - so you can come anytime and collect. Inside were so many pieces and several looked similar - honestly, I almost took someone else's but remembered I placed my initials on the bottom! Took a star off my initial rating due to the paint job. It is patchy and inconsistent; slight bummer but would still recommend the experience.

She is such a welcoming person and we both felt so comfortable in her gallery. She talked about some of her upcoming classes and workshops for younger artists as she remembers meeting my Granddaughter Savannah. Downtown Fort Mill is continuing to emerge post-COVID and the monthly art crawl is a great way to support our local art community. It's essential to have creative inspiration in our lives for balance & harmony. Ft Mill has doubled in size to 30,000 residents in the last 5 years and it's great to see so many out supporting local/independent business.

I reached out on Facebook Marketplace and specifically asked if an item could be held until the next day, as I was working. The business assured me they would hold it, but then, out of nowhere, I got a notification that it was sold--despite my confirmed hold request. When I called for clarification, they kept giving me the runaround: first, they were too busy to check, then promised a callback that never came. After multiple attempts, I think they just blocked my number once they realized I was still trying to reach them. Ironically, they were quick to update the listing that the item sold--no issue there. But holding a customer's item as promised? Apparently, that was too much. I won't be doing business here again, and I'd strongly caution others who need reliable service.

We were greeted by Robin who was so friendly and easy to talk to - you can tell she's super passionate about the work they do at the shop! I love that you can work with them to come up with your own dye color for your yarn and can pick from a variety of wool types! I ended up purchasing 3 skeins of baby camel + silk yarn that wasn't dyed because the natural color was so gorgeous! The skeins they have for sale that are already dyed range from low 20s to low 40s, so it is more artisan pricing. However, I think the value makes sense since the wool quality is top tier and they do in house dying! I can't wait to come back to Charlotte and give them a visit!

Per their website, they describe themself as a furniture and art gallery dedicated to providing accessible art and design for all. It's MUCH more than a furniture and art gallery even!
