It's odd to be this enthusiastic about a laundromat, but I am actually just pleased to be able to write this. I had the most incredible customer service experience last week. It's been a long time since I've done laundry at a laundromat and I probably had 10+ loads of laundry. I was frantic and disheveled, and Jennifer not only just gave me a couple of slide tips to help me get organized, when one of the washers got, funky, she was calm, organized, and got things handled with a smile and grace. It was an absolute pleasure to be there, and my daughter and I are actually looking forward to going back. read more

I use to like coming here, but the woman working at 3:30pm on a Friday is very rude!!! And it's HOT in there!! This place had good workers and were very nice. Plus she even said oh shut it. read more

Hmm...didn't see any graffiti or creepy dudes but I did see a little old lady selling homemade papas fritas with chile...and yes I got some. She was also selling chicharrones and some other guy was selling socks so not only is this a laundromat, it's a shopping mall and fine dining establishment :) Everything works, pricing is typical, parking lot surveillance,they have TV's, a couple of video games, a vending machine, an ice cream machine and they sell overpriced laundry soap...sounds about right to me. read more

Been coming here for almost 20 years. Wash all my rugs blankets camping stuff etcetera. The staff have always been friendly, super busy clean and helpful ( Felicia and then the short muscular guy at night) The current employees are a disaster, the machines filthy and often they lock door at 9:00 so that no more customers can come in. Tonight I was told no laundry at 9:15. What the heck. I went down the street to another laundry. Thanks dude! JJ peppers is cleaner, less expensive and feels safer also. read more

All I can say is WOW!!!! I honestly hate having to pack my bags to go to a laundry Mat but this place is fantastic. This place is CLEAN like no other. I have a 4 year old lil. Girl and didn't have to worry about her touching things. The gentleman the manages it (Joe) was non stop cleaning. I have never seen someone running a laundry mat working so hard. My fiancé loved this place. I don't think we'll be going anywhere else to wash clothes for a long time. Went to Spincycle, Joe is the best. Lots of dryers, lots of washers, lots of laundry carts. Joe cleans constantly, is very courteous, helpful and respectful of the customers. This is my new go-to laundromat. No 5 stars because speaking with other customers, I was told that the owner doesn't provide soap or paper towels in the bathroom. There is a bar of soap and paper towels at the sink outside the bathroom. I will bring my own soap and paper towels if I need to use the bathroom. I have been to laundromats that don't even have a bathroom. read more

This place is shady. So my friend and I went here last year around 8pm. The man who was closing up was so creepy cause it was just me and her in there. The place was dirty and the man kept bothering us saying you girls are sexy and cute. Do you have boyfriends this and that wouldn't stop bothering us. She ended up taking her clothes out of the washer and not drying them cause of him. So they left soaked and we had to go to another laundry mat cause that a-hole pervert. Mind you it is also expensive and ghetto. Grafitti everywhere. read more

0 stars.Denied service at 9:30pm on 12/02/18....i asked why, and the answer was that it was "last call", that i could not wash my clothing as they were closing at 11pm....since when the laundry service is treated like a bar!!??...i was washing clothes, not asking for drinks!!....Lost a customer forever! read more

Not Sure what to say in regards to the below reviews. The socks I've seen, hey why not, if you're short on the laundry detergent, maybe you might need socks as well, no? No graffiti as of lately, but I've been using this place for about 3 years now, but then again, it's Chicago so how can you not expect it. It's always clean, I always see the attendant walking around with the push broom, or cleaning lint from the dryers. They have several t..v.s going as well as free wifi to help time pass by. Also, they have cameras monitoring the parking lot. And as below, they have all those amenities that you find common elsewhere Anytime you walk in, its busy; but it's not busy in such a way that you can't comfortably find a machine to operate. I just use the dryers, 25 cents for 12 minutes Open 7am to 11pm, 6 days a week, not sure what the hours are on Sunday, the only complaint would be for them to have a sign of sorts to have the hours of operation in the window. read more

I was at this Laundromat yesterday 7.21.14. I was sweating bullets bec. The place does look shady, and inside were all sorts of people, from low-life to low-class, with tattoos on the neck, on d S, etc. It made me me wonder if I was surrounded by any LKs, Zetas, or Maras. Fortunately, i was greeted by JOE, the laundromat assistant who was SUPER HELPFUL, POLITE, AND EAGER TO MAKE ME FEEL AT EASE. I knew he is an asset to this establishment because he was always doing something that was job-related, and I noticed people knew him by name and even brought him food and deserts (in appreciation of his dedication). If I were an entrepeneur, i would snatch him from Spin Cycle and make him my employee. Antway, my mom was with me and had to guard her purse with her life bec. A man sat next to her and made her feel uncomfortable. There is surveillance, vending machines with Hispanic & American snacks! The place is huge, so there are plenty of washers nd dryers, TV screens, gum ball machines, coin machines, soap vending machines, and tablrs to fold clothing & laundry carts. Its cheaper if u bring ur own soap & softener. Chairs are available to sit on, but they are torn and the foam is sticking out. Had it not been for JOE, I would have been nervous the two hours (more or less) that I spent there. GRAFFITTI? Inoticed on tbe east wall there was graffitti, but not gang signs or slurs...its what someone would call ARTWORK! read more

By far the best local laundromat. Very clean and both the night shift and morning shift workers are VERY helpful. People should watch their kids more, or maybe more signs up to watch their kids should be put up. Besides that they're a tad pricier than most but machines all work very well. read more
