First of all, this is not your typical chiropractor. This is so much more! I have several years of back issues stemming from an injury when I was 13. I'm now 32. I've traveled the country and visited other chiros, and none of them can compare to Dr. Cazares. One thing I looked forward to from my return back to the desert was visiting him to get my back to feeling good again! You can expect to spend 2-3 hours for your 1st visit. Dr. Cazares will do an evaluation which is very thorough. He listens!! And he comprehends what you're saying. Then you'll visit his staff for electro stimulation, a DEEP tissue massage, and then the Dr. will see you again for his adjustments. I also got to lay on the spinal decompression table. Amazing!!! Everyone here is fabulous! Customer service is top notch. They explain everything to you before they do it. They're friendly, professional, caring and the staff has been with this Dr for a long time. Just that alone should say a lot! And...I should add..it will not break the bank to come visit this doctor!!! So glad I found this gem. I was referred to him many years ago. This is the place you NEED to go to if you have any pain in your body. I have been going to this clinic for almost 17 years. They've always performed miracles on me. Over the years I've had Sciatica , slipped discs, wrist injuries and I've had full recoveries from all these ailments thanks to Dr. Cazares and his team! Dr. Cazares is an amazing healer. My regular physician suggested surgery for a herniated disc. I did not want this option as a first resort, as I believe there are more holistic options. I started researching and found Dr. Cazares and his amazing staff. After a course of Chinese herbs, many massage and adjustments appointments and several decompression treatments over the course of more than a year, I was almost back to 100% mobility. This is no ordinary trip to the chiropractor. Your first time plan to spend a couple hours. After that each visit is usually an hour or so. Dr Cazares uses ultrasound,massage, electro muscle stimulation and stretching before he makes any adjustments. He also has a really high tech decompression chair. I don't know much about that since I've never used it but have heard good things. I've recommended him yo all my friends and family and they all are regular patients. I am very pleased, impressed and very glad I went to this wonderful chiropractor today. He spent almost 3 hours with me. I wont go into my issues I had with my old Chiro, just so glad my friends recommended him to me. He makes sure you understand what is going on with your injury, he spends quality time asking many many questions, which helps him to diagnose you properly, he explains your MRI in laymans terms but gets to the bottom of the injury, once he has all the info and does all the test, then he starts his treatment, which includes, many treatments including massage on the affected area, TENS treatment, heat treatment and then finally your taylored manipulation....he is my new chiro and I highly recommend him. read more

Thank you to everyone of the staff over at Spinal Injury Center tremendous service and very accommodating. Dr. Cazares is a professional, I wouldn't feel comfortable going anywhere else. I was worried coming in, now in hindsight, I don't even know what it was I was so fearful about. I feel rejuvenated (Just had my first child) I was feeling so much stress and pain all around my upper and lower back. everybody here at spinal injury Center made me feel comfortable. I got snapped back to reality.. literally. I'm ready for all endeavors coming my way, I'm just thankful I built the courage up to start the first treatment. Over years of heavy lifting plus being a Leukemia patient it wears a lot on your back and Dr. Cazares explained to me all the nook and crannies that lead to our nervous system. You don't just get diagnosed with what Dr Cazares thinks, he actually takes his time and goes over what nerves get the most reaction when pressed upon and what treatment is best for you. Front desk was friendly and that is the end of the good experience. Over the phone I was told that they would take my insurance and that I only had a co pay of ten dollars. Well throughout the visit I was in pain and it showed. When I was being seen by Dr. Marco C. he was more busy telling me about his credentials and experience, in the pain I was in I really could not care what his credentials were, I just wanted to feel some pain relief. At the end of the consultation I was left to speak with the receptionist and the doctor moved on to his next patient. Well I went for some treatment and the doctor saw I was in pain, he did nothing for me. It wasn't until I was told that my insurance would not pay one hundred percent of the treatment, that I had a co-pay of I think it was 65 dollars. if I had not paid the co-pay I would have not received treatment. I feel this information should have been given to me from the start. I wasted time and money. I went ahead and went to another chiropractor who charged me half of the money I paid, much more faster service and more professionalism. My review might get a comment from that facility, but ultimately, there is no excuse. read more

I've had three sessions so far and I already feel better. I came here post pregnancy for lower back pain and sciatica issues. The pain has subsided due to the care from the chiropractor assistants and the chiropractor. The assistant carefully apply massage and some electronic wave pulses which relax your muscles; making the adjustments that much smoother. I love it here! Dr. Marco, Zel and his staff are first class! The doctor gave me his full attention, asked questions and spent and hour with me to figure out what's really going on. I then had a great session with more than just and adjustment. To top it off,the doctor called the next day to see how I was doing.
