Dr. Dawson is a really good chiropractor. He has an unassuming office across from JFK, and seems to have an unending steady stream of patients. He has nice roller tables to loosen up my back before adjustments - and has done electrical stimulation afterwards to calm down my muscles. He also is the only doctor that I have seen that has an adjustment table that allows you to get on and off of it from a standing position. Such a plus for older folks with limited mobility. Another plus - his bathroom is so nice and clean. They readily take insurance and Medical Spending accounts for the deductible portion. He is also a really nice guy. read more

Doc Dawson is a magician in sorting out and removing the kinks in my spine. I always feel 100% restored after treatment by the good and friendly doc. read more

Dawson Chiropractic was a great find. My wife and I both enjoy the treatments. They range from low adjustments for my wife, which fit her perfectly to more aggressive adjustments that I prefer. I have been very pleased with the relief that I have experienced with treatments dealing with sciatica and degenerative spine. Appointments are easy to get for our schedules and return visits are strictly based on how we feel. No commitments no contracts. We look forward to our visits. The doctor and his staff is always professional and very, very friendly. read more

My experience with this office had to do with an insurance report of my injuries. I am getting ready for double hip replacement but yet this office said there is nothing wrong with me. I would never use this offices services because their report was either totally dishonest or they didn't know what they were doing. Because of their dishonest review I almost didn't get my double hip replacement surgery. My Attorney is preparing a major law suit on them. read more

My family has been coming here for at least 10 years. Dr. Dawson has treated our children with ALL their sports injuries... I actually took my child to Dr Dawson first when my child broke their clavicle. Dr. Dawson took an Xray, explained the image to us, and talked to us about what needs to happen. He put my child in a shoulder sling. We then took our child to the pediatrician and he agreed with Dr. Dawson. Several weeks later we came back for a check up and our child's clavicle had healed perfectly! Dr. Dawson has also helped both me and my hubby with our adjustment needs. The whole staff is awesome! The ladies (especially Erica) at the front are amazing and so friendly! I have never not been satisfised with the care we receive from Dr. Dawson's office. read more

Visiting the desert and needed an adjustment. Dr Dawson was very good and I felt immediate relief afterwards. Will be seeing him again if needed. Only downside is his practice is very busy and he runs very late. More than 35 minutes behind for my appointment. read more

For 3years, I have visited Chiropractors in La Quinta/Palm Desert and could not find the appropriate medical attention. The visit with Dr. Dawson was an A+! His methodology for adjusting I found to be on target where I actually left the office feeling relief, painless, and energized to be ready to exercise immediately. An additional plus is their Office Manager(staff). They were the most professional in comparison to others in the Palm Desert area. Immediately ready to address scheduling, insurance coverage etc, questions. It felt so effortless to make an appointment!! They are truly their to help and do not say, "We are too busy". Highly recommend Dr. Dawson for immediate care and excellent medical attention. Happy Customer! read more

Omg I love my chiropractor literally walked out pain free, he snapped me like a twig thank you

I call this place "Dawson's Crack" because his adjustments are perfect. (If you are too old or too young to get the reference, there was a show in the 90's [I never watched it] called Dawson's Creek.) They are all professional, the office staff is great, the place is clean, they don't waste my time... everything I can say about this place is good. I went in because back pain was preventing me from sleeping. It took a couple visits, but the problem seems to be going away. read more

I first came to Dr. Dawson after being injured in a traffic collision. His office was close and I could barely turn my neck so I chose him. His office staff is always very kind and helpful and Dr. Dawson was thorough in his examination and very kind and gentle in his application of treatment. If I had to come up with one thing this office lacks, it's a massage therapist, but there are massage tables to lay on that help relax muscles before adjustments. They also do electrical stimulation which decrease my neck pain and stiffness and they are now even selling homeopathic remedies and CBD cream, which I have yet to try. All in all, it's close, a local office, great interactive staff and a considerate doctor who takes his time and doesn't just pop and push you out the door. Definitely try Dr. Dawson's office our before you travel to the western cities of the Coachella Valley. read more

Heard a lot of positive things about Dr. Dawson so when I needed a DC - I did not hesitate to call him. The office staff is very accommodating and professional. The office is clean, organized and set up to be very patient comfort focused. Dr Dawson is very thorough, professional and genuinely kind. Surprisingly - my adjustments were great (I tend to be difficult to adjust) and I felt relief immediately. I know it will take some time to truly heal - but I am very encouraged after this appointment. Highly recommend! read more

We are new to Coachella Valley, and needed a Chiropractor. A friend recommended us to another Chiro that shortly retired. Before he retired, he referred us to Dr. Dawson. We have been Pleased with Dr Dawson's professionalism, Friendly Staff, and clean facility. He makes time to discuss our situation, applies the correct techniques, and sends us out walking on a cloud. Their office is further. From our home, but well worth the drive. read more

Horrible paid $60 and stayed 10min waiting 2min on the cracking and 15min on a useless machine in conclusion no difference and came from a 2 hr drive since recommended. My back is still hurting. read more

I've been receiving treatment from Dr. Dawson for a few years now. I suffer from debilitating migraines and he's successfully provided relief when meds have failed. Additionally, he's treated me for back and neck pain, and leg/hip adjustments to keep me running. He's also given me valuable advice and preventative treatment to keep me from injury. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating and they can usually fit me in on relatively short notice. Dr. Dawson is easy to talk to and cares deeply about his patients and the community. I highly recommend him for any chiropractic needs. I've sent many friends to see him and they have been well taken care of. read more

I visited Dr. Dawson today for the first time. My hubby had an appt. I had to drive him because he said he was hurting really bad. Once I got there I asked if it would be possible to get me in. They were open half day today, only about another hour. They got me in right away. Dr. Dawson was friendly, courteous, and patient with my 1 year old who was trying to redecorate the office. His staff were great. Friendly and efficient. I have to say that the office was so clean and decorated beautifully for Christmas. Thank you Dr. Dawson and staff keep up the exceptional work. read more

i was referred to Dr. Dawson by another nurse from my workplace. His staff was extremely helpful and thoughtful. He took a thorough history and discussed my goals for treatment. His manipulation was excellant. i will continue treatment long term with him. read more

Wonderful "manipulator"! I was visiting my family from out of town and ended up with a terrible migraine. I found Dr. Dawson under the local Yelp and loved his reviews. I called and hoped I could get in quickly and they were able to accommodate me that morning. I thought the reception staff went out of their way to make me feel welcomed since I was from out of town but I watched them interact with all patients with the same gracious manner. I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and orderly manner in which the office and exam rooms were. I have a nursing background and appreciate when things are in order and clean. I loved the roller table I was put on to help stretch and relax my spine. I met with Dr. Dawson and he was very thorough with his history taking, questions, physical exam, and explanations. I was nervous since he was new to me but WOW! He was gentle but thorough. I tend to be "helpful" and therefore tense up. He was able to distract me which helped me relax and him to be able to perform a more thorough manipulation. He manipulated my spine better than any doctor has!!! I wish I could transplant him to my home town!!! I felt instantly better. With how flexible and relaxed my spine was, I felt I could do cartwheels out of the office. I was grateful to be able to get back to enjoying the rest of my time with family with no headache!! If I am ever back in Indio, I will be back! read more
