Then proceed to never answer when you call back, no matter how many times. If you need a oral surgeon, they will schedule you. But be prepared to wait the whole day. They tell you a couple hours, so you take a half day from work. People from 8 am are waiting when you walk in at your 10 am appointment and they don't get called back until 10:45. They do not respect your time. Get a referral for a different surgeon.

She was able to "fix" what she could with the situation and I'm super happy I was able to be seen by her on my last visit. I came to this specific location because they were able to see me quickly. I had a concern about my two front teeth that have been filled in for over 10 years and wanted to see what could be done about the discoloration and chipping that I was experiencing. I was able to get a cleaning and see a dentist the very next day. When I came back for the procedure, I was placed with the male dentist. He left my teeth feeling super rough, wonky, and didn't match their original shape. I wanna make it known that I spoke to him before this procedure about my concerns because they were working on my two front teeth. I stated to him that I knew eventually I would need veneers or something more permanent, but wanted to get them just filled for now. He suggested looking on Instagram to look at cosmetic dentists work which seemed super unprofessional to me as well as the majority of the staff at this location. I would highly suggest just finding somewhere else to go. I would've wait months to be seen by someone if I would've know my experience was gonna go the way it did.

They let you show up and tell you it's canceled. They are terrible and the reception is ignorant when you bring up the fact that it is taking 5 months of rescheduling to get something done, regardless of how polite you address their incompetencies.
