The dining set is beautiful, the island stools are exceptionally comfortable and well-made, and the super custom blue office furniture completely transformed my workspace. We receive compliments on these pieces all the time. What truly sets Coastal Fine Furniture apart, however, is their customer service. I have significant sensitivities to fragrances and chemicals, which can make furniture shopping challenging. Angelena went above and beyond to help us find solutions that would work for my situation. She listened carefully to my concerns, and even worked with the manufacturer to make special accommodations for my furniture prior to delivery. At every stage, I felt like she genuinely cared about helping us create a home we could enjoy. That level of service is rare these days. Another thing that impressed us is the quality of the furniture itself. So much furniture today looks good in a showroom but is ultimately made from engineered materials that simply don't hold up over time. The pieces we purchased from Coastal are solid wood, beautifully finished, and built to be used and enjoyed for many years. Although the initial investment may be higher than some alternatives, this is heirloom-quality furniture that becomes part of your home for the long haul, not something you'll be replacing in a few years. In the end, that makes it an excellent value. If you're looking for beautiful quality furniture and a team that truly stands behind what they sell, I highly recommend Coastal Fine Furniture. This is a great store!…read more I don't think I have ever been in this store before. I have been on the hunt for a mod shelf for a small area. I looked EVERYWHERE & could not find anything in real wood that I liked. I came to "At Home" and they had some really cute ones, and a really big Natural wood one on the top shelf, naturally, where I couldn't get to it. I tried to get help but I ran out of time & had to leave. I couldn't find anyone to help me get the shelf down, so I left. I kept looking the rest of the day around town, but that was the only one I really liked. So next day I came in & went up to the register & asked if someone could get it down for me & the lady at the register was very kind & helpful, called a man to help me immediately. He got the shelf down & it's the perfect size I needed. This store is very nice, clean & well organized. It's HUGE with tons of inventory & seasonal inventory. The prices are average. FYI: The Christmas/Holiday section here has the most amazing selection I have seen. Will Return to update.
