Even after explaining the circumstances of which her instrument was needed, which so happened to be a funeral, Franklin Fordeley over priced what he called "service," belittled her, argued about her intelligence of her own instrument and told her "it's not my problem that you have to go to a funeral." Bottom line, this guy is a complete tool and not worth of anybody's business or money. He's an asshole and shouldn't be in this business that involves instruments that musicians literally make a living from. I'm absolutely disgusted at this situation and will let every one I know to never visit this establishment again.

Two guys arrive with a large truck to move all of your stuff. I had two different sets of guys. Both sets were equally friendly, had working, and very accommodating. They even agreed to take large items out to the curb for me, and move some furniture to a 3rd house nearby. The pricing is hourly, and very reasonable. And despite being very quick about moving your stuff, they handled all of my furniture with care, and packed it with blankets. Highly recommend.
