I've always been a fan of the Chinatown location, so while I was in the Henderson area, I decided…read moreto check this one out--and I'm glad I did. The atmosphere feels very familiar, with the same stylish décor, dramatic wine wall, and unique light fixtures that give the restaurant its modern, upscale feel. Most importantly, the food was just as consistent as the original location. I was especially excited to see they offer a happy hour menu. We ordered the Garlic Green Beans, Lobster Yum Takrai, and the Dok Lamaii specialty cocktail, which was refreshing and beautifully balanced. From the regular menu, we also ordered the Crab Fried Rice and Mango Crispy Catfish--both dishes arrived beautifully presented and full of texture, color, and bold ingredients that made each plate stand out. Service throughout the evening was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. If you're in the Henderson area and craving elevated Thai cuisine in a stylish setting, this spot is definitely worth a visit.

The vibes here feel more casual in the sense of the wait staff is friendlier and feels more like a mom and pop shop, vs at lotus it feels more corporatey (not sure if this makes sense) and they try and push you out asap to get more people in. This location has plenty of parking. We came on a Saturday night and were seated right away. Ordered: Tom kha 3/5 - nothing crazy just decent soup, wasn't as creamy as id like tbh, felt more like a straight tom yum. Crispy cat fish on mango salad 3/5 - good to share, some pieces a bit too fatty from the catfish Pad see ew upgraded to crispy prawns 5/5, decent amount of crispy prawns, fried to perfection. Just like lotus not much difference. Lobster noodles 5/5, definitely get again! A more like beer batter on the lobster. Good amount of lobster and personally i like these noodles better! Crispy duck panang 5/5, duck was crispy and meat was tender, not dry at all. Green beans 4/5 - a little sweet and garlic. The sauce on these were good. Some green beans were a tad bit under cooked. Maybe fry it for 20-30 more seconds imo.

We figured why not stop and get some while in town. We arrived to an empty storefront. We rang the bell several times for service. When we called the posted phone number, it rang then went to a full inbox, so we were unable to leave a voicemail. The hours posted show this business should be open right now. I am standing outside waiting for a car service back, no jerky to be had.

For $27, I bought four varieties: a 3-oz. bag of Spicy Carne Asada, & 2 oz. each of Pepper, Teriyaki, & Triple Threat (the only one we've yet to try which supposedly has some heat.) Flavorsome & tender, though not bumping his favorites from their top spots. In hindsight, I should've picked up bacon jerky or a more unique product like Carnivore Crisps for him to sample but at the time I was laser focused on beef jerky. Excellent service. Ring the doorbell & wait your turn; only one party at a time allowed inside as a health precaution.

The ambiance is nice, really good place to dine in. It's aesthetically pleasing. The food is 10/10 everything was soo flavorful. All the dishes that we got were really yummy. It never misses. All the food was good but my favorite one is the panang chicken. The drinks are aesthetic and good as well! Love the cocktail options. The service is amazing, the servers are friendly and we feel welcomed and recommended us the good/popular dishes. The food comes out fast as well. I'm definitely gonna comeback here. I had the massaman curry and asked for it not spicy and it came out perfect. The food did take a little time to come out and the dishes were brought with some delay in between. That wasn't ideal as some of us had their food while others in the group were still waiting. They also automatically added a tip to the bill which we didn't notice at first and ended up adding more. It would be helpful if the server pointed that out when bringing the check.
