The corn muffins we received were cold and dense and probably straight from the cooler. Our waitress brought our food then didn't come back until we flagged her down to get our check. She was covering about 5 tables and spent most of her time in the kitchen. A runner brought our food out. It seems that Black Bear is going through that inevitable drop in quality that comes with an inability to sustain continuity in their kitchen and wait staff. I kept waiting for her to come check my breakfast order and she never did so I finally just got up and left! No one said a word. I guess they just didn't want my business. Also, the table top was sticky, and it was black paint that had bubbled up. It was nasty.
