Please avoid this place…read more They sell bunch of expired and not good stuff. I was looking for lavash/ wrap an I purchased two, one made in Turkey and one from Latvia. I opened it 3 days ago and look at mold all over the bread. Also it was all breaking apart which was a reason I could not make some veggie wraps. I bought it on 2/14 afternoon. There was a date on one exp in April and the other one did not have any date on a package. $10 for both went to trash. Sadly it's not the first time I get rotten or spoiled product. I would not recommend! Service is hit and miss . They treat Muslims better for sure. Not going to support such a business with poor customer service and poor quality.

A lot of the canned stuff, like different types of beans, isn't really any cheaper than what you'd find at places like H-E-B. Fruits and veggies looked pretty standard, but the prices were oddly higher than in regular grocery stores. They do carry some interesting sweets, and I always enjoy checking those out. Coffee, though, was more expensive compared to other international stores I've been to. What really stood out in a bad way was the attitude of the staff. No one was rude exactly, but they act like they don't really want to be there, and definitely not like they want you to be there either. Product-wise, no complaints. But the vibe from the people working there? Pretty unfriendly.

THE BLACK AND WHITE: When I say Vietnamese-style, it's only because most of the internal signage is in vietnamese. It has every asian countries ingredients from China/Korea/Vietnam to The Philippines and indonesia. You can find some really good pricing here on those staples. Fresh produce aisle is a bit limiting. Pretty big seafood area and meat. Walking to your far left side are all the kitchen toolware if you want to level up your kitchen game. THE FINAL BAMBOO: Always enjoy my time here at MT supermarket. Lots of ingredients you won't find at a 99 Ranch or H Mart.

My favorite market. Full of fresh fish, veggies, and meats; seemingly unlimited spices, sauces,…read moredried peppers, dried mushrooms, soup bases (fresh and dried); prepared goodies, teas, milk tea mixes; a ridiculous number of fresh and dried noodle options both seasoned and unseasoned; frozen kimbap, dumplings, bao, everything you didn't even know you wanted, you'll find. They even have alcohol, dishes, candles, other houseware supplies, and some basic American products. Prices area generally competitive, some much better than others. My main complaint is that it can be overwhelming, especially when you're trying to find one specific thing. The other issue is that so many items have mislabeled prices or none at all. This can be challenging when you're trying to stay in budget while faced with more options that you can imagine. Also, fresh prepared items don't necessarily have their ingredients listed which can be scary for less adventurous eaters. The store is generally easy to navigate even through some cluttered set ups.

Small discoveries completely and totally made your day such as watching a caterpillar turn into a butterfly or noticing a flower one day in the stage of a bulb and then the next as a full-blown flower.. Today I got to relive the wonderment of being a child at the Big bizarre farmers market. First, let's talk about the grains and seeds. I don't know how many times you've eaten dal or cumin or coriander and really didn't know what the original form of that seed. At the big bizarre farmers market i got an opportunity to see the original form of floods i have v eaten all my life. I was so captivated by seeing foods in their raw form. I cruised every aisle, carefully weaving back and forth, back-and-forth down every aisle until I got to the back of the store,.I noticed fruits and vegetables and some unusual ones like aloe vera and pearl onions. I have actually heard of pearl onions, but I don't know that I've ever seen a pearl onion in real life. So that's pretty cool. Ne, net, visiting the big bizarre farmers market was like going on a tour of a very unique grocery store. Totally loved it.... My cashier was very pleasant and she rang me up very quickly and packed my items into a bag and I was off. The staff was very friendly and one of the things that I have to point out is that the store was super clean, which I enjoyed. Prices were extremely affordable. I purchased turmeric, wheat vermicelli and peach green tea.

June 29, 2025 review…read more ---- We went there on a Sunday evening and was decent full. We got dabeli and chola bhatura. Dabeli was ok, 1.99 Dollars, but was lacking the spices and juicyness, probably chuntey were not applied in sufficient amount. Chola bhatura was amazing. In the 11.99- you get two giant bhatura. Little oil on top of bhatura which is expected but not too much. What I liked the most is that it came with good amount of yogurt, pickled onion. Yogurt balance the spices of chola. Even the quantity of chola was huge. Definitely two people can easily share this. They have few table and chairs where you can sit and enjoy your meal. Most of the chaat items were lower in price than a restaurant. I wouldn't recommend dabeli but chola bhatura - yes! There is a live pani puri counter as well. Unlimited pani puri for 10 dollars. Sometimes the sitting area can get little busy so be ready for that.
