So, yeah... I've never reviewed a grocery store before, never thought I would. But yes. Yes! So well organized, great produce, huge frozen section AAANNND! Hot food to go! I could have stayed an hour just reading through all the spices, dried goods, and fantasizing about what I'd cook with all of it. Highly recommend!

3.5 rounded up. Nearby desi grocery stories better watch out! They just opened so don't know if these are special prices but damn, they have some great pricing on common items! I took out a point because of the cramped check out space. There's no meat section so does not replace our normal places but definitely in our rotation for indian veggies and seasonal fruits. Last time we went, they were making and giving out free idlys and rotis outside. Nice touch!

This is one of the few cleaner and better organized indian grocery stores. They have plenty of indian grocery store items and I find almost everything on my list. The veggies section can be better. In my few visits recently,I noticed the veggies looked a little stale. It also has a small restaurant - Vipul's kitchen in it. The

The menu overall at Vipul Kitchen has little of the saag, madras or vindaloo that come from the Anglo Curry House tradition.

Please avoid this place…read more They sell bunch of expired and not good stuff. I was looking for lavash/ wrap an I purchased two, one made in Turkey and one from Latvia. I opened it 3 days ago and look at mold all over the bread. Also it was all breaking apart which was a reason I could not make some veggie wraps. I bought it on 2/14 afternoon. There was a date on one exp in April and the other one did not have any date on a package. $10 for both went to trash. Sadly it's not the first time I get rotten or spoiled product. I would not recommend! Service is hit and miss . They treat Muslims better for sure. Not going to support such a business with poor customer service and poor quality.

A lot of the canned stuff, like different types of beans, isn't really any cheaper than what you'd find at places like H-E-B. Fruits and veggies looked pretty standard, but the prices were oddly higher than in regular grocery stores. They do carry some interesting sweets, and I always enjoy checking those out. Coffee, though, was more expensive compared to other international stores I've been to. What really stood out in a bad way was the attitude of the staff. No one was rude exactly, but they act like they don't really want to be there, and definitely not like they want you to be there either. Product-wise, no complaints. But the vibe from the people working there? Pretty unfriendly.

THE BLACK AND WHITE: When I say Vietnamese-style, it's only because most of the internal signage is in vietnamese. It has every asian countries ingredients from China/Korea/Vietnam to The Philippines and indonesia. You can find some really good pricing here on those staples. Fresh produce aisle is a bit limiting. Pretty big seafood area and meat. Walking to your far left side are all the kitchen toolware if you want to level up your kitchen game. THE FINAL BAMBOO: Always enjoy my time here at MT supermarket. Lots of ingredients you won't find at a 99 Ranch or H Mart.

They even have alcohol, dishes, candles, other houseware supplies, and some basic American products. Prices area generally competitive, some much better than others. My main complaint is that it can be overwhelming, especially when you're trying to find one specific thing. The other issue is that so many items have mislabeled prices or none at all. This can be challenging when you're trying to stay in budget while faced with more options that you can imagine. Also, fresh prepared items don't necessarily have their ingredients listed which can be scary for less adventurous eaters. The store is generally easy to navigate even through some cluttered set ups.

Will you be able to do all you grocery shopping here? Probably not…read more Is it the cleanest, best kept, nicest smelling place? No, get over it. But does it have the best selection of Asian specialty ingredients? Also no. Hana World Market is a gift to the neighborhood, despite all that. It's a convenient place to find affordable Korean, Chinese, and some Japanese goods without spending a whole day of it. They have a fabulous selection of kimchi, miso paste, tofu, noodles, tea, hot sauce, and more. I find find vegetables that few other places carry, like celtuce, pea leaves, and kabocha. Anytime I'm craving kimbop, I know I can hit up the freezer aisle and find tons of vegan options, way better than Trader Joe's. They have the edge over H-Mart and 99 Ranch for the exact reason that they're not as big. Even on a Saturday afternoon, the vibe is chill. There's space to navigate with a full cart. There's room in the parking lot. I can get what I need and not stress over crowds. Of course, there's the food court and coffee stand, which are attractions in and of themselves. I just go for groceries and I'm not disapointed.
