If I was judging this on the beer alone I would give more stars. This is a cute little set up in DTC. We showed up to use our pub pass. The guy at the front acted like we should have had a reservation. It was lunch on a Friday afternoon and they were not even a little busy. I got the temple something IPA and my girl got the chai stout. We both liked our beers. I even got a second! For lunch she got the Thai wings and I got the Mac and cheese with pork. I loved mine even though It wasn't even a little spicy which I was expecting based on the description and other reviews. The Thai wings were ok but the cole slaw was really bitter. I'm not sure if the cabbage was old or if they seasoned it oddly. All of her food was oddly seasoned actually. The fries were floppy and weird. Ordered a side of ranch and the ranch is...well it's not ranch. It's some sort of dill sauce. Super weird. Also what you get for the price is just kind of sad. For $15 per lunch I just expect better I guess. Can't say we would go back.

There are several DBCs in and around Denver. We're lucky to have a great one right here in Arvada…read more I wanted to finally review them now since things have changed a little. The Mighty burgers moved out a few weeks ago. However, DBC now has their own food menu (still in the airstream) and it is expanded. Part of what I always liked about this locale was The Mighty but I think they've done a good job replacing it. Beers are always good though I usually get my Graham Cracker Porter. Nice patio out front and lots of seating inside. They also removed the brewery operation here and created even more indoor seating which will be great this winter. Highly recommend this brewery with good food and great atmosphere!

I don't think we'll be going back for a while though after a few of the recent changes. First - Might Burger (RIP) - this was probably the main reason we used to stop by there. It wasn't a smash burger like another brewery in the 'hood and actually had some good options. The new stall that replaced them is just....okay. The staff were pretty rude & the. burger I ordered was pretty average. There were also a couple of changes to the dog policy but maybe that's not as major. They used to allow dogs inside (not sure if that was an actual policy or folks just did it), and now they aren't allowed. It was one of the few places with trivia where we could take our pup.

A nearby Taco spot? YES. Bike parking? Car parking? Yes and double yes. Nice outdoor space on those warm days? Yes and it's properly shaded too. Win win. Always a new beer on Fridays. Lifetime mug club membership for $75 bucks. Video game tournaments a la SNES and N64 happen too in addition to pinball tournaments. But it's a friendly place with good service and they remember you. Not even as a regular but as someone that pops in a few times a month if that. Fan of Star Wars or Star Trek? They've got that too. Amazing art all over courtesy of Ashley the forever resident artist. It's a fun hidden gem that anytime I've referred someone they always say, "Wow! I didn't even know this spot existed/was here." Ambiance in spades. Rotating tap comedy pops up a few times a month too. Different vibe but still the same legit location. Shout out to Lindsey for being so friendly, for her excellent beer knowledge, and customer service. Definitely a spot to visit. Lagers, seltzers, the occasional sour, always a stout on, and a healthy flagship hoppy rotation.

Their expansive patio has great views of North Table Mountain to the west and a sports complex to the south. Their large interior was packed on a late Wednesday afternoon. The bartenders were very pleasant, and they came out to the patio to give our 15 week old husky mix puppy pets and treats. The house made beers were top notch. There was a food truck serving Turkish doner kebabs that were really delicious. We'll happily return to this excellent establishment the next time the winds blow us to Golden.

We ended up finding two seats adjacent to a larger group. Aside from a lack of seating, the other drawback is no TVs in the main room, so if you're wanting to watch anything (such as the NFL playoffs on this day) you're out of luck. On the bright side, they had a great beer selection...five different malts, so we started with a flight. In order of preference: * Maple bourbon pecan brown * Tmave pivo dark Czech lager * Up and about mocha stout * Black planet imperial porter * Rambler American amber One note, if what we got was actually the Rambler, it's the worst amber we've ever had. It tasted more like an IPA, which we both hate, than an Amber. Didn't care for this one at all. After finishing the flight, we each had a Czech lager followed by the pecan brown. The more of the lager I drank, the less I liked it. It was fine, but not sure I'd get it again. All in all, cool place with good beer. Especially on a nice day where you can sit outside.

She is fantastic and shares stories as well as listens to customer's stories. She seemed genuinely interested in me visiting from GA. They have a great bar and nice community tables along with a couple other smaller tables. The beer is fantastic. I had a flight with: 1. Let Them WhEAT A very interesting blend of blueberry and beet in a wheat base. It was quite good and refreshing. 2. Harrow's Brew, a chocolate pecan porter. It had great aromas of dark chocolate and roasted nuts along with a slight chocolate flavor. The malt used for this beer gave it a great, earthy flavor. 3. It's Britney B$tch, a watermelon and strawberry sour. Light flavors of both fruits with a subtle tanginess. This beer was super refreshing on a hot day. 4. Brumosa, a hazy IPA. This one wuite good with slight citrus notes and a fantastic blend of hops. I'm sure citra was one of them. The next time I'm in Denver I will definitely stop by. If you're on the north side, venture out and hang at Goldspot.
