Ambience and restaurant was great. Appetizers and garlic bread started everything off well. My…read morewife had a fettuccine Alfredo which was good but bland. Wasn't gross at all just was missing something. My spaghetti marinara was very good with the exception of the calamari being a bit tough. Presentation on that dish is a little lacking but I believe the sauce being so thin and juicy limits the presentation. Overall was good and would definitely go again if someone wanted to go who had never been.

We asked about the house wine and we were told that it is Jackson & Triggs, not a winery known for good wines. We shared an appetizer of dry garlic cajun spareribs. The ribs were delicious, well seasoned and nice and spicy. We received 9 very good sized ribs. The ribs were also very well cooked and nice and moist. For our main course my husband and I shared a create your own pasta with penne, arrabiata sauce and mushrooms, onion and garlic. Our friend had the appetizer size spaghetti and meatballs. He received 2 large meatballs served over a very generous portion of spaghetti. Our friend enjoyed his spaghetti and meatballs. Our pasta was decent. The create your own pasta that my husband and I shared was a huge portion and we could not finish our meal. The prices are very reasonable It was a nice evening spent with our friend.

It's probably silly to update my review when I've already written about the incredible arancini…read more(deep fried rice balls) with a marinara so lovely that I would happily drink it, and the wonderful Margherita pizza with its lovely crust (just the right amount of heft and chewiness--importantly, not too much!). My companion and I arrived during Happy Hour and these two selections are on that menu, so we had them again--and I guess the utility of this review is to say that these selections continue to be consistently delicious and that this is a wonderful place. We also shared an Afogato--vanilla gelato with decaf espresso poured over! Perfect, quite light after our meal and beautiful enough to paint as a watercolor. This is one of our easy go-to's when looking to dine out. We were happily helped by friendly bartenders, Nicole and Sie, who made great recommendations and great drinks for us. I especially loved the Mario Cicotti cocktail (an interesting variant of an Old Fashioned--including tobacco bitters and charred orange peel!--very interesting). And we enjoyed the beautiful, warm Montepulciano Nicole recommended. And they concocted a surprise drink for my dessert--I can't recall what it was--but it was lovely and came with a bunch of hearts! Consistently wonderful place in all ways, with lots of heart itself. In my opinion, what's not to love?

We were treated to dinner here and it was really a great experience from beginning to end…read moreI enjoyed that the dishes were all a good size and looked appealing but didn't come looking like a piece of artwork I'm really getting tired of going to restaurants for a meal and your plate shows up with a couple of bits worth of food but wow it could be in an art museum lol This place is more of an old school restaurant that serves well prepared meals that are made with fresh veggies and perfectly cooked meat and are of generous portions Our server was efficient and pleasant She came around our table at the perfect times through our time there and we never had to exit for anything and the restaurant was fairly full also It's a 2000's decor era with nice sized booths so you do have a bit of privacy The woman had souvlaki and we had burgers The menu has quite a bit of options from steaks to pasta & Greek dishes as well as many different types of burgers including the Paul Bunyan burger with 2 large patties 4 cheddar slices and lots of bacon It's a lot to manage but I made it happen Next time I'd opt out of the lettuce I'm not a fan of the kind they use I prefer iceberg lettuce on burgers but this wasn't that We also had some calamari and shrimp & cheese filled mushrooms which were delicious I thought the price point was good along with serving sizes and our server was great so it was a really nice evening out We will definitely be back
