We were asked for extra money 2 different times, so we questioned more materials and money the last time, which led to confrontation .The first time we were scheduled to give a quote no one showed up or called to tell us. I called again and they rescheduled. Upon meeting both partners, they were friendly and we thought it would be a great fit. We hired them to do flooring and their guys were good. Where it gets hairy is there was confusion with who was responsible for the rest of the flooring. Instead of handling it in a professional manner, Alan was attacking. He is a hot head and lacks maturity and professionalism. He was attacking of our character and threatened to sue us. At that point, we paid our balance and asked him not to return. When we told his other business partner about the occurrence, his response was "I hate when he does that." To us, that showed this is a reoccurring issue. After this situation, I have heard from a few people that they too had some negative experiences. The reviews online are mainly all possible. The few negative reviews have shown a negative and attacking response from Alan. I cannot recommend this company due to the GC.

My husband was a framer/finish carpenter for 20 years, custom stuff only, and he was impressed with 912 too! Several of my friends have also been referred and we have kept them pretty busy and will continue to do so. Soffit and facia are next guys, see you again soon. Thank you for all your help and extraordinary advice, in sight and craftsman ship. I love my new shower.....might need to go tankless! Thank you for your service to our country as well, that was not unnoticed either.

When you know that an investor has hired a crew to do a quick flip-- you expect to find issues. But this was beyond comprehension. The lack of care and attention is unreal. The amount of money we are spending to undo their faulty and unsafe work is staggering. From hanging doors backwards, to shoving debris up under carpet (which wasn't even tucked) in the hopes we wouldn't find it, trying to cover up poor tile work with a can of white caulk, exposed tack strips on the floor, throwing down a dirty/stained carpet remnant in an effort to cover up the fact that sub flooring was completely missing, brand new cabinets hung so poorly that they wont even open....the list goes on. There are many contractors out there. Many who take their time, tell the truth, pay attention to detail, and CARE that an actual human being will be residing in the home in which they are working. This is not one of them. We would hate for anyone else to have our experience.
