A very courteous rep from US Auto Glass named Dylan answered and walked me through the process, checked product availability and called a technician to see if they could install the rear window on my Jeep Gladiator WITHOUT the hard top on the vehicle and actually received a response within just a few minutes while on hold. Scheduled an install date for a couple of days later and was pleased to get a confirmation phone call an hour beforehand from their local installer in the Orange Country (CA) area named Omar. He showed up, was polite and professional, we reviewed the OEM parts and he installed the glass within a couple of hours. I was pleasantly surprised with the overall experience. I would use them again in the future.

He did state that the profile of the shower base could present a problem. After taking several measurements and making a drawing he said he'd get back to me "in a couple days". Nothing. Granted it was December 11th, right before the holidays, so I waited till after New Years and I called them, no-one answered so I left a message. It's now past mid-January, STILL NOTHING. If they can't do the job, fine, say that. If they don't want to do the job, also fine, but say so. I got two other estimates from other companies that said the shower base is not that common but it is very do-able. Mr. Go Glass = horrible business practices/model. I would never consider them in the future.

This company also works with repairs smaller or bigger even as a regular customer. Matt was very transparent with me about glass logistics and we scheduled so that he could come on-site for the repair. Areas serviced currently include Wilmington, Media, West Chester, and areas in-between. If you live in an area bordering the ones I mention, definitely inquire!! The glass repairs aren't always a guarantee, but considering the situation before and seeing the after confirmed that we felt that the repair would probably prevent further aggravation from temperatures too extreme (hot or cold) that could completely break the glass. If you area isn't serviced and you have a friend who lives within these general areas, it's worth it to drive to your friend and get your windshield glass repaired or replaced by this company. A physical shop is planned for the future too. Credit cards accepted. Support local.
