A very courteous rep from US Auto Glass named Dylan answered and walked me through the process, checked product availability and called a technician to see if they could install the rear window on my Jeep Gladiator WITHOUT the hard top on the vehicle and actually received a response within just a few minutes while on hold. Scheduled an install date for a couple of days later and was pleased to get a confirmation phone call an hour beforehand from their local installer in the Orange Country (CA) area named Omar. He showed up, was polite and professional, we reviewed the OEM parts and he installed the glass within a couple of hours. I was pleasantly surprised with the overall experience. [764] Cracked…read morewindshield!!! I called my Volvo dealership and they recommended Anthony Volk Glass to replace my front windshield. Turns out with the new cars I would also need to go to my dealership to have my front cameras recalibrated. Talked to Anthony to set up an appointment. He was responsive and was able to meet me at the dealership at my convenience. This made it easy for me to handle the replacement and camera recalibration at the same time. I also needed the dealership to reapply my inspection stickers. Everything was handled in a few hours so I was happy it was easily taken care of in one shot. Antony Volk Glass also handled the insurance paperwork. Hopefully I won't need him again but if I do I would definitely use this company again.

When I brought the car in they told me they would not honor the sale, even though it was still posted on their website. I ended up still getting the car tinted there because I already waited a few weeks for the appointment. It was a mediocre job, I ended up having to bring the car back a few weeks later because of a bunch of air bubbles that never went away and streaks between the tint and the glass.
