And if you like pushing yourself to the max, you can kill a whole day here. They say time flies when you're having fun, and my only ultimate wish is if this were open longer. Come give it a try. There may be two sides to any story implying deceit, embellishment, dishonesty, and aggrandizement by one or both sides. However, the recorded audio of the conversation can only present the conversation as it happened. My experiences in those areas have been excellent: the weightlifting equipment is maintained to a high level, and the locker room, shower, and steam room are always very clean. The staff in the weightlifting area have been very helpful, especially, Chris who has given me great advice on how to exercise properly. But it is totally unacceptable for any member, employee and especially a security director to threaten with a badge and gun. See slide 22. It is totally unacceptable for the security director not to contact the offending party when that activity can result in injury and even death. It is totally unacceptable to revoke a membership because that member has reported offending, dangerous, and abnormal behavior. This offending dangerous behavior has been reported for over 40 days to JCC and has been known by employees and members for much longer than 40 days. There is no excuse for not contacting the known offending party. There is no excuse for not posting parking signs, "Consider Others Park Between The Lines, Violators Will Be Towed". The cost of 3 signs is less than $150. JCC has signs implying secure your belongings in the parking lot. Why do they have these signs and not similar parking signs? To say that I refused to leave JCC is deceitful, not supported by the video. To imply that I am upset at no longer being a JCC membership is highly misleading and defamatory. The last statement made to the Security Director is "If you want to revoke my membership, do it. See slide 23. To imply that I am the problem is an opinion. After that you can buy discounted punch cards. The studio is small, and the class was full. I agree with other reviewers, it got HOT! Hot and pregnancy don't mix well. Almost an hour into the class I was starting to feel nauseous and was going to leave, but one of my fellow students also spoke up and the teacher turned on the cooling system. Whew! (Next class I'm going to ask for the cooler sooner!) There are several teachers and I haven't had a class from everyone and once had a sub teaching. I was kind of disconcerted that there wasn't any music playing, the room was very quiet. The instruction was good, and lots of props were used for support. The teacher also made a huge effort to learn our names, check in with us often, and offer more props/supports if needed. We also went around during the class to introduce ourselves, tell what week we are in, and what we are struggling with which helped the instructor to give personalized advice. After the class several of the ladies chatted and shared information which made the class feel like a community. I was happy to meet other first time moms! I will be back throughout my pregnancy!

It incorporates parkour, climbing, and gymnastics. It's like a safer version of CrossFit, using your body as the weight. Classes are taught by Jenny, a knowledgeable physical therapist, and Jason, an avid climber. This type of movement helps train balance, strength, and agility. The attendees are supportive and the environment is fun! The exercises always change and you leave class feeling worked but rejuvenated. The bonus is finally mastering a skill you've been practicing.

Cara, was great, and also very sensible of the fact that I was paying for my therapy out of pocket, so as soon as she was able, she referred me over to Julie at Move Tru. Let me tell you, Julie is da bomb! She's strict, yet patient, encouraging, fun to work with, and flexible when it comes to handing out the "Homework" exercises or modifying a particular treatment if it makes me uncomfortable. I always get Julie's full attention. When she works with me, she only works with me (unlike the other place where my therapist was working with several patients at once). She's always watching to make sure I'm doing the exercises correctly. Thanks to Julie, I'm in better shape than I've been in awhile, and I'm almost ready to go back to running again. I highly recommend Julie and Move Tru!
