I emailed a question and got a prompt reply. It was easy to order online. The pricing was very similar to other florists in the area. It was delivered when it was supposed to be. The only thing was that I got an email that it was out for delivery and another email that it had been delivered, both hours after it was out and delivered. And I got them at the same exact time! I thought that was strange. I actually heard from the person that I bought them for that they were delivered hours before I got the email. I would use them again because I really like their arrangement selection. I would just not expect to get accurate delivery notifications.

She was SO sweet. When I came in she explained to me the difference between a full bouquet and a half bouquet (one is round and the other is more flat). That was one of the reasons that I didn't like my previous bouquet so it's good to know the different styles when you order. I came for my friend's birthday and the bouquet turned out AMAZING. I knew she had talent because I've seen it on the displays she has out. (My friend said it was the prettiest flowers she's ever gotten). Highly recommend to visit. Pricing overall feels fair. There are plenty of things you can get for a great deal here, while some of the tropical plants and premium fresh flowers still come with premium pricing. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful, which makes navigating a warehouse this size much less intimidating. Bonus points: well-behaved pups are welcome inside!
