Two weeks or so ago, my water heater went out. I have a home warranty through HWA, who paired me with CPM to diagnose my problem. Unfortunately, the appt. was scheduled for a week out from when the water heater went out. I called CPM and was greeted warmly by a rep. I inquired if there was an earlier time available, she checked and stated my current appt. date was the earliest, but she would follow-up and call me back. She kept her word and contacted me to confirm that unfortunately it was the earliest. In addition, the next day, I received another call form a rep at CPM who stated they tried to see what they could move around to assist me earlier, but unfortunately, my current appt. time was the earliest they could come out. I was impressed that they tried although it didn't work in my favor. On the day of my appt, John, one of their plumbers, came out and represented the company very well. He was knowledgeable, took the time to answer all my questions, and gave me advice. Above all, he was friendly, compassionate, and empathetic towards my situation. He submitted his report to HWA in a timely manner and within an hour on the same day, we had an approval for a water heater replacement. Less than 48 hours later, I had an appt. set for the install. Due to this positive experience, I kept my fingers crossed he would be assigned again for my replacement. Thankfully, he was, and my install went smoothly without incident. Based off this experience, CPM will be the first company I recommend to those who need plumbing services. When you have an incident in your home that affects your quality of life, it creates a high level of stress. CPM helped to ease the frustration by providing exemplary customer service.

Our traditional plumber was going to charge $700. Lowes was going to charge $1,100. CHARLOTTE PLUMBING MASTERS was going to charge almost $1,900. I had a representative, Dijan Mireu, verify the facts. He insisted that there were electrical and plumbing permits needed. When I asked for more details, he couldn't 1) identify the specific permits, 2) estimate how much they would cost, or 3) promise to provide these permit documents after they were purchased. I would recommend NOT using this business.

While on-site, they let me know that my needed parts were likely cover by warranty. I could call to get the free parts to reduce the repair costs or they could provide the parts for an additional fee. I opted to try to get the parts but during the initial visit they fixed the other item. Once the parts came in they headed right back out to finish the job. Always kind and professional. Work completed without issues. Fast forward a couple weeks. Purchased another home that had a couple plumbing issues. Of course I called Wonderful. The owner was actually kind enough to review the home inspection report prior to closing to give me an idea of the potential costs. They were minor items so he didn't need to come on-site. A few days after closing, they got the work done. This is now forever my fave plumbing company. Family owned and operated. Same technicians all visits. These guys are great.

Since…read morewe were changing the finish color of the faucets, we also needed the trim on the other bathroom fixtures updated to match. Sent photos to McCoy Plumbing and got a quote for the work. Also got a quote from another larger name plumbing and mechanical services company that was considerably higher in price. Went with McCoy's and Dylan was the plumber assigned with a helper. Dylan removed the two existing faucets and replaced the other trim. Two days later, he came back to install the new faucets. We found Dylan to be polite, professional, knowledgeable and experienced. The new faucets were installed on a Friday before a holiday. Late that day, i noticed minor leakage from both drain tailpipes. I contacted Dylan via text and he was on an emergency job and promised to correct the problem on Saturday morning, which he did. The joint between the sink drain and tailpipe just needed a little more putty. That solved the problem and we could not be happier with the final results of the entire job. I expect to be using McCoy's again for additional plumbing remodeling that we are planning.
