When I went back to try everything on everything was gone, the fitting room was empty. It turns out the manager put everything away. She said the store was closing in five minutes so I couldn't try them on anyways. No apology, no attempt to find the things she took. I checked my watch and the store didn't actually close for another ten minutes. Plenty of time to try at least a few items on. There were two other people trying things on as well. The manager kept bugging them, are you finished the store is closing, in a blunt rude way. She needs lessons in customer service and shouldn't be managing this store.

They didn't have any store hours until 2 days later on Thursday but offered to come in that evening for us by appointment. Both owners were there (there is a dance studio upstairs). While I was staring at myself in the mirror, my bestie found a cute, regular priced dress. It was $80, which made her hesitant about trying it on, but she decided to give it a shot. It fit her perfectly. I have a dress that has a similar cut, but it makes me look hippy. This was definitely made better and fit her like a glove. The wonderful employee told us that we could combine our purchase and get the $20 off, but pay separately, and we could split the $20 however we wanted. I was already going to get a discount on my jacket and I knew my friend really liked the dress and because it fit her so freaking well, I decided she could have the entire $20 discount. The woman thought that was like the nicest thing ever, so she gave me an additional discount on my jacket for being so damn nice. Yay! Being nice pays! My friend and I left very happy with our purchases. I was teetering on this review being 4 or 5 stars mainly because of the price, but I'm going with 5 starts because of one main reason: customer service. Not because of the awesome discount, but because of the attention we received while there. While we were trying on our clothes, the employees were giving us their opinions and why something worked or didn't. Another woman was there trying something on and they were honest with her about the item she was trying on and offered suggestions to what may work better. I love that kind of customer service. There is no substitute for being able to see and touch items. A storefront comes with cost. I'm willing to pay a little extra for the shopping experience.
