Still 5 stars amazing store. My mom is such a big fan she got their credit card. Today they were having IT issues and the credit card got charged twice, but it was showing as declined. Jessica came in on a day off to help the new girl get it sorted out and called like 5 customer service lines herself too. Eventually it went through and she's working on getting the duplicate charges removed. It's apparently a Corp wide IT problem today. The new girl was very friendly helping us find new outfits for a wedding. She set up a changing room for my handicapped mom and was running around for her with different sizes and suggestions today. My mom got 2 outfits, a sweater, and a t shirt today. We love Torrid and how Jessica runs this location, she really cares about it and about her customers. I've been a regular for many years and will continue to be.

I put the pants in my closet pleased I found a pair for a specila occasion on Weds the 15th. Reached into the closet for those pants and discovered the ink security tag was still on them! I was furious! I get mistakes happen, but darn it!! I just hung up with Justin the Sales Manager (after getting bounced to two other departments) who sounded like he was 17 years old, had marbles in his mouth and a sinus infection as well. I explained what happened and he asked me to bring them back. I again stated I was 2 hours away from his store and an hour to the nearest Macys from my home. After a number of "ummms" he offered 25 Macys bucks for his store and that was the best he could do. I wasn't looking for anything outrageous - a gift card to compensate for my time and gas....no he couldn't do anything else. Not impressed with my first time at a Macy's - definately my last!!

I am a 76 pre-op TG that looks a great deal younger. I went to where I located it last time, but I could not locate it. I looked around, but I was unable to find any store assistants. I found something similar. As I was checking out, I showed the clerk my old blush and said I was unable to locate it. She said she could take me right to it. I followed her. She took me to the display. She told me I could find the shade number on the back What I had was out, but I found a slightly darker shade which may be better. I bought both. I really lack makeup skills. I have had 10 makeovers during two Lake Erie Galas' and a Keystone Conference in Harrisburg. I really could use some instructions, but I am having trouble finding out how much it would cost for a makeover. I live about 50 miles from Erie, so I don't visit Erie very often. Telephoning is not an option as I am hearing impaired and my hearing on a phone is too distorted to carry on a conversation. Anyway, I found the clerk to be very nice and helpful. The fabrics felt amazing and the clothing was very good quality. There is a dressing room available so clothes can be tried on. When I was paying for the items I purchased, I learned a little more about the store and some of the merchandise. It was a fun shopping experience and I plan to shop here again when in Edinboro.

She had things marked down 50% off, but most of her shirts were listed at $35 and above. Everything is well made and beautiful.
